Beach house vacation rentals in Milford

Perfect venue for a Thanksgiving getaway with our whole family. Rather than having out of town family staying at hotels, we could all stay together in a comfortable home with a beautiful view.

Had a great stay over Christmas Holiday with family. House was big, convenient, clean and easy to get into. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

We needed a family friendly place for Easter weekend close to where my nephew is located and Jennifer's place was perfect! The kitchen, dining and living rooms were not only spacious enough for the 8 guests we were also able to include my nephew and his family for a holiday meal. The home's layout provided ample privacy for 3 generations to enjoy without feeling on top of each other, the furnishings were comfortable both indoor and out, with great selection of games for a variety of ages and was spotless to boot!

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the beach is right next to the house. The home itself is nicely set up, clean, and comfortable. Jenn was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. We’ll definitely miss the time we spent there!

This Oceanfront Getaway has amazing views of the ocean from all over the house. We sat on the deck and watched the tide come in, we cooked dinner and watched the tide go out. My family and I took long walks down the very quite beach (right outside the back gate). This section of beach seems to only be used by the people that live in the neighborhood so it did feel almost like a private beach. My kids found so many large sea shells they had trouble picking a few favorites to bring home. There were lots of great places to eat within a short drive. I highly recommend any of the G Cafe and Bakery locations for a great coffee and/or breakfast treat. It was also fun to explore some of the smaller towns nearby like Branford and Niantic both of which offered unique shopping experiences. Marc and team were super responsive and provided many amenities like laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and creamers. We had so much fun we look forward to a return trip in the future.

Overall a great space, right next to the ocean and silver sands State Park. Easy to find and available parking. Clean and tidy, space as pictured. Shared back yard. Quick and easy communication with owner.

The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. This home is absolutely beautiful, the perfect place to stay! We stayed for our daughters wedding and we had all the girls getting hair & make-up done the day of the wedding, it was the perfect peaceful setting. The sound of the waves with the beach back drop is simply gorgeous! If your traveling to Milford, this is the perfect place to stay!! Thank you Victor for a wonderful weekend.

It is a charming place back into the water. Love listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset and the noght light on the other side of the water.

The absolute best Air B & B we ever stayed at. Allana was a pleasure to work with. The home was spacious, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and more. Fireplace, pool, enclosed porch, sun room with coffee bar, sitting room, sunken living room, dining room with tons of chairs, kitchen bar with stools, dining room bar with stools, mud room with extra refrigerator and freezer, storage space galore, closets stocked with games, linen closets with anything you might need, big bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, balconies to soak in the sun, crib, high chair… too much more to even list. Our family had a fabulous time; the energy in the house is so welcoming! The soft blues are soothing, and quaint beach theme accents throughout the home lend to the relaxed vibe. The rooms flow perfectly, and provided ample space for different family members to have their own area to unwind in. Steps from beach & playground, the neighborhood is perfect for a stroll.

I enjoyed myself throughly!! My sisters and I had such an amazing time!! We weren’t ready to leave. My sister enjoyed her birthday getaway so much!! She fell in love with the home and the pool!! The showers felt tropical.

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

A group of us came into town for a long weekend and loved staying here. Check in/out was very flexible which helped with not having to sit around after/before flights. Comfy and big hang out space. Loved the hot tub and view of the bay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house can accommodate large family gatherings - there were a lot of spaces for folks to spread out as well as gather. The kitchen is very well stocked. We would definitely rent again!

I found this Airbnb at 5:00 pm and was watching the sunset from the front porch by 7:00 pm — booking with Eileen was that quick and easy. She’s a wonderful host, and her home reflects warmth and good energy. This home exceeded every expectation: cozy, safe, peaceful, and with unbeatable water views (even better than the photos). The location is amazing — walking distance to some of Branford’s best spots and steps from the water. The space is perfect for solo stays or groups, with extremely comfy beds (including a king size pull-out), plenty of linens, towels, and kitchenware. I came for a last minute birthday staycation, and Eileen, knowing this, surprised me with a slice of chocolate cake and a candle — a gesture of kindness I’ll NEVER forget!!! I’m already planning to make this a birthday tradition, and I hope to return before then too. I am so grateful for this stay and I look forward to coming back ASAP — thank you, Eileen. ❤️

We had a great stay at Ana’s home for a night of fun team bonding activities. The house was spacious and lovely with nice views of the river nearby, and we especially loved the giant rock in the basement! Ana was very clear and responsive throughout our stay so everything went smoothly for us.

Adriana and Robert were exceptional hosts and the home was beautiful and pristine. Had everything we needed and more, really enjoyed our stay.

Ken is hands down the best host I’ve ever had. He not only genuinely cares about the property but also the people who stay there. We booked on very short notice due to a family emergency and he wasted no time getting that place together for us. We stayed for almost a full 2 weeks and every day Ken just does a good morning text making sure everything is good! Very consistent and considerate host! The location is nice, it’s sits across the road from the LI sound but you’re able to still see the water from the front porch. My morning runs were filled with dog walkers, other runners and some very impressive homes and beautiful ocean side runs. The back yard is perfect for a family BBQ after a beach day. He has so many different toiletries and amenities at the house where you can almost come with nothing but clothes and be perfectly fine. I rate the host and the property 5stars because that’s the experience I guarantee you’ll have as well.

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Walkable to the small town's main street with restaurants and shops. We stayed in early November but it would be amazing to visit in the summer. Carol was very responsive and accommodating in the run up to and during our stay. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great stay! The house is well appointed and exactly as described. All of our needs had been thought of in advance and we felt right at home. We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Milford, CT! The location is unbeatable—right across the street from the beach, which made morning walks and beach days super easy and enjoyable. Ruthie and Richard were awesome hosts—really helpful and quick to communicate. The house had little labeled hints throughout (like where light switches are), which made everything easy and stress-free. There were plenty of bikes and beach chairs available, which we really appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but the back deck was a great spot to relax. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Everything about the house felt thoughtful and welcoming. We’d 100% recommend this place and would love to come back again!
