Monthly Rentals in Menlo

We loved having a “support local” place to stay so we could explore all the charming small town communities in the area.

This place was wonderful. We were on an 8 day trip and this was by far the cleanest house of our entire stay. The hosts had a great guestbook at the house with helpful instructions, helpful local things to do, and restaurants. They were very responsive and quick to answer our messages. This house and family was fantastic. If you are in the area stop in for a stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin and surroundings were just as described. We had a few minor issues during our stay and Navey was great to deal with and addressed those issues immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Kim was the sweetest to work with! I stayed at the Kottage for a long-term rental and it was a wonderful experience. Very much fully stocked for a lengthy stay, very clean, and convenient location to the RRV trail. Having a full kitchen and laundry was a big bonus. Kim was very responsive and proactive in her communication, and made me forget it was an Airbnb stay. Was perfect for a long term stay, but would also be great for a girls weekend or family traveling.
