Settled on the far corner of a very quiet loop street, the house is in a most ideal location, providing both privacy and proximity to Dordt and downtown businesses. Cooking in the large, beautiful kitchen is a delight. Dine at the six person kitchen island, or, at the dining table in the four seasons room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, as well as a spacious laundry room make for a lovely stay.

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
