Anee was very helpful and so easy to get in touch with. The home is well appointed and just as pictured. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at Christine’s place. The living room offered an incredible view. We’re definitely planning to return when we have the opportunity.

This place was beyond perfect for us! My daughter had a fall graduation from FIT. While not as many were able to join as I hoped, even if they had there was more than enough space for 8 people. All photos on site were accurate and up to date. Place was clean and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood that my father in law enjoyed strolling in the mornings. Having the option to heat pool was wonderful and worth it!! I did contact the owner once about this and response was almost immediate. After several days of cold weather in the area it took a time for pool to warm. But by the afternoon following our arrival it was wonderful! Owner was very gracious and kind in responding and made sure to make me feel comfortable if I had any further questions or needs for anything. Highly recommend and looking forward to a return visit!

Great place to stay. Had everything one could want. Master bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed ive ever slept on. Not even joking.

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

Perfect home away from home! We loved the location of the home: close to stores and downtown Melbourne. And a short ride to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, and Disney. Home was well stocked and had everything you could need. Hosts were amazing. Helpful and very quick response time. Will definitely stay again next time in the area!

The house and pool were the cleanest we've ever rented. Seriously, it was eat off the floor clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked and served all of our meals family style throughout our stay. The ice cream machine was a huge hit. The kids loved the house so much that they easily entertained themselves throughout our stay and were reluctant to leave the house for other activities. Located in an unassuming, working class neighborhood, the house's setting is not water-front view fancy. This was easily forgotten upon entering the house, as we felt we had our own private oasis to relax and enjoy all the hosts had provided for our stay and entertainment. The single negative to our stay is that the back yard of the house is unfortunately situated quite close to an unseen, but noisy and busy road, so there's constant traffic noise that could not be tuned out 100% while enjoying the outdoor pool area. We would love to rent this home if we ever visit the area in the future.

Our stay at this home was very cozy! There’s a lot of space and hidden beds(lol) It was near the port and the stores were close by. We had a comfortable and well rested night! I would definitely recommend this place and would def stay again!

The house was spacious, clean and just as described. It takes 8.5 minutes to walk to the beach, but if you prefer to drive, there’s ample parking. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our hosts knew we were celebrating Christmas with family who were driving cross country - it was so thoughtful to decorate for Christmas and even have a decorated Christmas tree! Thank you!

Shane and Jen were incredibly responsive and accommodating hosts. They were always very quick to reply and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

We were in town for my son’s destination wedding. We had plenty of space! Great being right on the canal and access to kayaks! The pool and hotub were a wonderful bonus when we had a little down time. Heather was great to work with.

We loved our stay here, the accommodation was beautiful very comfortable and bright and the outside space was amazing, very relaxing! Chelsi and Mark were very responsive and friendly. It was well located just a few steps from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend to others!

We wanted a place with a pool and outside amenities (grill, seating etc). We had booked another home prior to finding Josh’, and the pool was not swimmable thus defeating the purpose of renting a home with a focus on outdoor amenities. We had to make other arrangements last minute and Josh went out of his way to accommodate our group and for that, I’m thankful . Thanks again, Josh. We will book again next time we go out that way!

Outstanding stay at a beautiful property. Spacious and clean, very nicely furnished. The host was very responsive as well and check in was seamless. Hope to stay here again soon.

The house was very well stocked and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet/safe and the backyard is incredible. Love how organized (and labeled) everything was! 10/10 would stay here again and/or recommend!

Yulieth was a great host, she was very responsive anytime we had a question. The house is very cute, completely remodeled and super comfortable. We couldn’t use the pool because the heater had just broken down, but we came to visit Cape Canaveral so not a big deal for us. House is right below a main road but we didn’t hear anything at night. It is just a few blocks from the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! Even things we didn’t think we’d need were there! Highly recommend staying here!

Exactly as listed and more! Neat, clean, and we'll thought out! There were 10 of us ranging in age from infant to 70 and we had everything we needed! Sufficient space inside and plenty of parking. The beds and pull out couches are very comfortable. The outdoor space is roomy with plenty of seating and tables for entertaining guests outside with an outdoor kitchen and Tiki bar. The heated pool was perfect with lots of pool toys, noodles and floats. There were also 2 wagons, coolers, umbrellas and assorted toys for the beach which was truly only a 5-7 minute walk. The attached apt with full kitchen, bedroom, 2 bathrooms, gameroom and stackable washer/dryer were a wonderful bonus! We couldn't have picked a better place for an early Thanksgiving with family from out of town! We even saw a beautiful launch from Kennedy Space Center! Highly recommended!! We hope to come again!!
