A little space, close to the beach. Just what we needed. We had a lovely stay. Barry was friendly and responsive. Would stay again.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Linn was friendly and helpful. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The pool and backyard were perfect. There was ample space in the house for our large group, and we found the house to be private and well kept. Would highly recommend for a larger group or families. We enjoyed our stay. Linn was easy to get in touch with and the house had everything we needed.

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

Our stay at Cocohouse was nothing short of amazing. Luisa was very responsive right from the beginning. The house is beautiful and exactly as described. Clean, spacious, peaceful. The kitchen was amazing. The pool clean and peaceful. Everything was exactly as described. One thing I have to add - I have rented many homes and there has never been a house more appointed and stocked as Cocohouse. Anything and everything you can think of was provided. Plenty of beach towels, pool toys, kitchen supplies, etc. Beach access was only two houses down. Perfect location. Can't wait to go back.

Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Great location, the host is nice and very responsive, the home is clean and feels like a home away from home.

We just had our wedding this past weekend at The Grant House and it exceeded our expectations!!! We had the most wonderful time, taking advantage of the deck that overlooked the water and holding our ceremony on the beautiful lawn in the back. This was a home that felt like home and we are already planning to take a family trip back as a married couple!!

Everything was great, but there was a pan filled with oil in the oven and the coffee pot was dirty and had an old coffee filter. Besides that no other complaints.

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

Great spot, seconds from the beach and pool. Super clean, looks like recently remodeled, very cozy and plenty of room for family of four. Would certainly stay there again!

The home is as described! The king and 1 queen bedroom are found upstairs. The home is a little older so the AC takes a little longer to cool l but there are fans available that help out a lot! The home had so many beach necessities in the garage available: toys, chairs, umbrellas, a fishing wagon, and more! The walk to the beach is extremely easy. We were able to park 4 larger family style vehicles in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk too. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. During our week stay there was routine maintenance on the lawn and pool completed that we would have liked a small heads up just because our little kiddos get spooked by strangers but otherwise the home was 10 out of 10! Thank you Andrea for such a great place to stay!!

Debra’s place is wonderful! Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. And Debra was a delight.

We booked to see the Europa Clipper rocket launch and have a family vacation. Of course this was the exact same plan as hurricane Milton. Stephen was incredibly accommodating and flexible given the hurricane and the dynamic nature of the rocket launch. We were able to rearrange on the fly. More importantly, coming with 3 kids, the listing completely undersold how accommodating it was for kids. This place had everything including beach toys, kids beach chairs, pool toys, floaties, a bumper for the bed. This place was incredible. Furthermore, there was milk, orange juice, oranges, and other food there when we got there so we didn't have to scramble to the grocery store immediately. This place truly is a gem and the listing does not do it justice. Stephen has a host was incredible, proactive, and really thought through what it means to be the guest. I would give this 6 stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic.

Our group of 9 spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this nice home. There are 2 washer/dryer sets which helped us spend more time enjoying the area. We spent most of our time in the heated pool, hot tub, and collecting beautiful seashells. We also ate delicious seafood I'm town and brought back amberjack from our fishing excusion for supper one night. Groceries and gas are only around 10 mins away. The location was private which is what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were a piece of cake. Merry was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be making our way back one of these days.

We had a great time! We were steps away from the beach which was very convenient. We enjoyed the beach/pool toys. The neighborhood was adorable and we were less than a mile to our favorite grocery store. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The home is very comfortable in a nice neighborhood. The pool was awesome and relaxing! The kitchen was great. The laundry is convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Having regular TV available (non-subscription) was great! Made it possible to watch the Super Bowl! Thank you!

Very fun resort, kids had a blast, pool area had daily activities/games for the kids. Beach was a short walk across the street.

Lori was very accommodating with our plans and kept us updated frequently. Even told us about a rocket launch that was happening.
