Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Melbourne

A lovely place to take my children plenty of space and Andrew was a super host, replied to any questions within minutes. A short walk to great shops and the station, then only 20 and we were at the tennis. All bedrooms worked well for us all, a very well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and we used the huge bbq on the terrace almost everyday. Having not been back to Australia for 34 years Andrews place was the perfect place to stay, not just for accommodation but for location. Ah mustn’t forget to mention the marina area a short walk away has the best ice creams and restaurants with lovely walks along the seafront. We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

Annie's place was absolutely wonderful! It feels like a home and has lots of little elements of luxury throughout! The place is located not far from town, in a quiet backstreet and lovely surrounding area with great amenities nearby! The house itself is divine - very open and lots of natural light! An absolute gem! It has everything you could need for a short or longer stay - with a well fitted kitchen and beautifully sharp knives for cooking! The whole house was just wonderful :) Annie was also an exemplary host who responded quickly and politely, and was very flexible with our requests for bedding arrangements and early check-in pending no other guests the night before. Annie is one of the best hosts I have experienced! I would recommend staying here to anyone! We will be back again :) Thank you Annie!

Kevin's place is spacious and make us feel like home. Kevin is responsive and helpful. When we told him something in need, he arrange that for us quickly even it is on boxing day. Highly recommend Kevin's place and I would like to stay again when I come to Melbourne next time.

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

It was a lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive when I had a little trouble with the digital lock and I would definitely stay here again.

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

The place itself was amazing and everything we could’ve wanted. Location was walkable to everything we wanted. We had a great check out with Tikali helping accommodate us with holding our bags. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

Fantastic for anyone who's never been on this side of town. Opposite the building is a beautiful lake, great for a walk after a big meal from one of the many surrounding restaurants. As for the place itself. A experience right from the moment you enter. Curtain walls. Beautiful kitchen, shower, bedroom and living area. A massive balcony to add. The spa worked beautifully. Admittedly couldn't not be used until the second day once it heated but woth the large TV in veiw of the whole appartment. We had to make leave to experience what all the local shops had to offer. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

Whilst I never met the host I absolutely did not need to. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, no issues with the property or the description and the only issue we had was quickly corrected over text due to the fact they always replied quickly to text. Property itself was clean, tidy and had all of the equipment you would need. Location was spot on. Would absolutely book again!

We stayed one month at Jo Anne's and appreciated the welcome card and facilities. It was comforting to know that Jo responded very quickly to emails. Enjoyable stay with a great view. Tram stop right on the doorstep which is handy. Check in & parking instructions seem confusing as first glance but they are easy to follow. Would recommend to others.

We loved the apartment once we got in. We were cleared for early check in, but once we arrived , there was no access for 2 hours Also the combination inside the mailbox was difficult to operate for both checkin and check out . Other than that , we loved the apartment for location , comfort and access to beach , transportation and restaurants.
