Vacation rentals with a home theater in Melbourne

We currently live in a high rise so staying at Callie truly felt like home away from home! Beautiful views from floor to ceiling windows, very comfortable beds, spacious apartment and all amenities to get started were just right. Our stay was rather long and having a washer machine/dryer was just great. Very walkable and several transportation options all nearby. When returning to Melbourne we would 100% book here again. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Johnny and Chloe’s apartment! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed – truly well thought out and well equipped. It was comfortable, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Johnny and Chloe, for being such wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed AJ’s place and felt right at home. He was so attentive and checked in with us often. The location was super convenient to trams and lots of action nearby, but still quiet and relaxing. We loved the pool and other “spa” amenities that we had access to. Bright, open, comfortable apartment and we had a delightful stay.

Sam was an amazing host and the apartment was in immaculate shape. The view is just spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible place! Lorenzo is so warm and welcoming and the apartment is truly stunning - 5 star luxury. We felt very lucky to stay there. The facilities are also brilliant and the apartment is super close to great spots for eating/nights out. The shore is right in front and you can watch the sunset from the new St Kilda pier. A wonderful stay.

The apartment was exactly as described, it’s in a great location in Southbank near the casino and the city is within walking distance or a short tram ride. The host was so easy to deal with and gave us clear instructions and left recommendations of the surrounding area. The building facilities were amazing and over all felt like a home away from home Would definitely recommend and rebook ourselves whenever visiting Melbourne.

An amazing apartment in an amazing complex. Close to the river and shops and trams. Owner is lovely and friendly and flexible. Perfect facilities. Very quiet luxurious apartment complex with pool, spa, cinema, gym....

Ahhh!! I have an endless amount of praise and gratitude for Richard. Firstly, we were able to host my best friends Hens here which is a hard feat for an Airbnb. The house was GORGEOUS. With great views and additions like the spa and theatre room. Richard was kind, generous and very flexible and amenable even when I was probably being a pain in his backside. Richard helped make a special weekend all the more special. We enjoyed our stay and would 10000% come back and stay again. Thank you Richard!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Glenn’s place! Glenn was super accomodating and easy to communicate with. The property is a great location in Albert Park. The house was very well cleaned and had everything we needed. We will absolutely stay again!

beautiful home! It was the perfect place to prepare for and get ready on my wedding day! We had lots of space, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms which was great for all the bridesmaids to shower & wash our hair the night before! The amenities were the only thing that we were a bit disappointed with / no basics such as salt & pepper, oil etc. no iron & no tablets or powder provided for the dishwasher - luckily it was close to shops so we could go buy all that but it would have been nice to have! Overall a lovely stay however!

The owners were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I didn’t want to go home 😊

We were looking for a family space in Carnegie to be close to family living in the area. This unit was exactly what we needed. Thanks Adrian.

Conveniently located and if you are a walker about 15-20 minutes into town centre. The house was spacious and had lots of cupboard space and we kept finding things in them that would suit any family. For example there was a bouncer for babies, a steamer to steam clothes etc. Enough room for 2 families without being on top of each other. Plenty of car parking. Ami was a great host, very friendly and answered all my questions and queries. It was a great place to stay and the 5 couples that stayed would all happily go back again.

I had a relaxing few days at Andrea’s place in Brunswick East. The apartment was beautifully decorated, was super clean & had everything I needed for my weekend away. The rooftop views were the cherry on top, plus so many bars & restaurants are within walking distance

It was great very comfortable but sitting inside u could hear a lot of outside noise and the bin inside wasn’t very big

Great little apartment in a central location in the trendy inner north of Melbourne. There's a great IGA Xpress downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and the tram stop is a short walk away. The building amenities (indoor pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room/gym; rooftop area with nice views and two more hot tubs) were really nice, although the furniture on the rooftop didn't look as appealing as in the photos - they could do with a good scrub. Something to be aware of is that although this is a proper one bedroom apartment, space is pretty tight in the bedroom - there wasn't anywhere obvious for us to sit our luggage, so it ended up on the floor. There's also not much privacy with the blinds open, since the apartment looks directly onto the building opposite (and vice versa). The apartment itself was spotless and incredibly well-organised - you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. I'd stay there again, mostly for the solid location and building amenities!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I met the hosts upon checking in, and they were very friendly and welcoming. They’ve taken great care of their place, it’s spacious, and the location is perfect. I would be very happy to stay there again, which I plan to because I spend a lot of time in the Moonee Ponds area. Overall it’s an excellent value, and I would recommend it to others if asked.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashlynn’s apartment. The location was perfect, the views off the balcony at sunset were lovely and Ashlynn had fabulous communication throughout. Picking up the keys from a nearby key storage place was easy and straightforward. The second bedroom is more of a room with a sliding partition so just be aware of this as it can get bright early and you can hear the tv if someone else is still watching it. The only thing we noticed is that the shower grout could do with a deep clean, otherwise 5 stars for everything. Thank you!
