Felt right at home! Beautiful 360 degree views. It was truly a wonderful stay. I recommend this for anyone that wants to connect with nature and enjoy a modern place with great views.

It was comfortable and just like the pictures. the Internet was fast and was great for remote work. great cafes and supermarkets nearby. my only complaint is that the place needs a more comfortable desk chair for all day sitting. but I made it work just fine. it's a really nice apartment.

Tatos place was awesome. There is a half bath on the bottom floor and a full open bathroom behind the bedroom area on the lofted second floor. The stairs are bolted into the wall but there is also a steel beam that reinforces the stairs and was likely recently installed because it’s not in the listing photos. The neighborhood is awesome. You can walk to the party central of el poblado, you can walk to gyms, there’s a pretty good grocery store called carulla a 5 min walk away, you can even walk to WeWork. There’s also an amazing temporary exercise path every Sunday from morning until 1pm, where they shut down the street a half block away for walking, running, biking, etc and it’s super convenient. A great cafe at the bottom of the block called alepan has a owner fluent in Spanish German and English and super nice. Building is super secure, all three doormen are super nice but the star of the show is Marta the cleaner. 2x a week. Amazing woman. Out of space but I highly recommend!

I stayed here again after many years off from travel. It's one of my favorites and it's still a terrific place. The unit is on a corner of the building and the trees there have grown a lot, now there's hints of living in a tree-house. Has a great workspace (i.e. desk) and a lived-in kitchen (i.e. it has stuff) which I prefer over an empty one, just to pick a couple of highlights. It's one of my favorite buildings in the area and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Will return.
