This apartment is a 1000/10, comfortable, close to everything, for sure.

I traveled with my family for a vacation, and the place was the best. The location is super convenient, close to the metro and shopping centers, which made it easier for us to do all our shopping and visit the Comuna 13, the Pueblito Paisa and go on an excursion to Guatapé. The building is comfortable, safe and with all amenities needed for a long time. We enjoyed the terrace and the internet connection allowed us to be connected without problems. Having free parking was a great advantage as we moved a lot by car. It is a perfect place for both tourists and locals who want to explore Medellin.

The place is beautiful! It is supremely well located, has parking, it is quiet, you can get to the metro by walking. It is completely clean and super equipped. It even has a barbecue on the balcony. 10/10 would return completely. Asgeir, it is always pending and with a good attitude for everything.

Ricardo is an excellent host, always willing to help and very flexible with any request. The house is spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. Also, the location is ideal, with easy access to everything you need. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

The apartment was very clean and picked up and was just like the pictures. The area is quiet and very convenient to visit the main attractions as it was easy to find also for Uber service. Highly recommended for group stays.

Beautiful space, lots of bedrooms which are perfect for big groups, great table for group dinners, clean, two washing machines and dryers are a god send for travellers, easy peasy lock system. Overall, fantastic.

Luis was responsive from the moment we booked. The place is great for a large group like ours (14) people. Very comfortable, clean and even has three kitchen areas. My family enjoyed the patio areas where we played plenty of card and parchese games. The location was fantastic as it was central to great restaurants and local bars and clubs for entertainment. The area is extremely safe, and walkable. Only issue we had was a malfunction with an AC unit but Luis was responsive and did his best to address.

We were 5 friends, very comfortable apartment, everything was impeccable. Good quiet location 5 minitos walk to the restaurants. But not in the area of the noctrono bustle. The building's security is very cordial. I would stay nievamnete alli if I go back to Medellin.

great location, clean and well equipped.

Cozy place, close to busy streets so you will hear noise around. There was some sort of construction going on around the time I was there so I will hear some drilling throughout the mornings. Couple of restaurants just around the block that I got to enjoy my last day, one Argentinian restaurant to be precise. Security in the building is strict, if you’re not I. The list of people staying at the Airbnb you need to check in at front desk with ID, you need to escort your guest in and out. Made me feel secure but at times it was a little bit annoying. Overall great experience. I barely spent time at the Airbnb so I did not get to use the kitchen as I was able to see it had all the necessary if you needed to cook or eat in. Very responsive host a good experience overall. Will recommend.

This is our second time staying at Juanma’s place and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
