Vacation rentals with a patio in Medellin

This is by far the best Airbnb I styed in medellin ! The apartment and everything in it was brand new. Julian & Carolina are very attentive hosts that pay attention to every small detail in the unit . They are also very friendly, responsive and helpful with great tips. The apartment was sparkly clean with beautiful decor and look much better then the pictures. The balcony is huge with a great view of the mountains and the sunset and have plant of space to host friends. The building stuff are super friendly as well and this building is very comfortable for a long stay . The building has a well occupied gym , great restaurant with lots of healthy dish selection , great super market and you also have a private & guests parking . Also great location next to the best mall in Medellin . Look no farther this is by far the best value for your money in Medellin .

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation, just like the pictures, it is very well equipped. Located in a good area, friendly and cordial host. It has all the kitchenware (rice cooker, blender, pots, dishes, etc...)

Ricardo was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is quite large and was perfect for the family. The location is ideal, close to malls and restaurants on foot. The place is very quiet and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

Juliett is warm, friendly and always helpful... The property is in a fantastic location, a small paradise to relax and surrounded by beautiful nature. There is everything you need and even a fireplace and barbecue. I look forward to coming back! I already miss the property :)

One of the showers does not have hot water, and the location is a bit off the beaten tourist track. However, the apartment is very spacious and corresponds exactly to the description and photos.

There was only one small detail, I could never get the hot water to work haha, otherwise highly recommended, Cristhian was very kind and the area was very good, my flight was late and he took care of our luggage, very central, highly recommended everything!!

We had the perfect family vacation in a great city, friendly people! Lots of transportation resources, necessary to move in this very hilly town! Everybody is very kind and willing to help tourists. Host is very responsive and willing to help too. Thank you very much! I give this location a 5 star rating!!

Penthouse was very cozy, loved the views, comfortability of the home. AC thorough out the entire home was great. Our host Kurt & Juan were both great as well, they were always accessible and responsive was always quick with any questions or suggestions of where to go. We enjoyed our entire stay and would definitely recommend.

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. It’s in a perfect area where you can walk around to cafes, restaurants, and stores. It’s a short cab ride away from the train station, and very central if you are traveling to other parts of the city. We made use of basically all of the amenities and everything was great. Juan Pablo was super responsive and very helpful.

Great stay at Elena’s place! The apartment looks just like the photos and is in a fantastic location and 24 hour security. With an Éxito, a mall, and a gym right across the street, everything you need is within walking distance. The mall has plenty of restaurants and great shopping options, making it super convenient. The space is also ideal for remote workers like my husband and me. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this Juan Pablo's Airbnb in Medellín! The apartment offers breathtaking views of nature, making every morning and evening a truly special experience. The building itself is extremely secure, with 24/7 security and controlled access, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. Juan Pablo was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Medellín and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment infront of gardens within walking distance of restaurants etc. Very helpful and friendly security at entrance. The host Jorge Luis replied quickly to any requests and gave suggestions on what to do, where to eat etc.

Very nicely place to stay. Clean, quiet & safe neighborhood to return to after a full day of sight seeing. We were a party of 4 ( one couple & 2 single friends). Three bedroom was important to us. Walking distance to a mall & grocery store. It is too far to walk to the metro station but as Ubers are inexpensive, that was not an issue for us. Leonely wants people to enjoy their stay. A couple of suggestions The printed copy of the house manual is not as complete as the on line version. It also had a typo for the WiFi password It would be better if the showers had either attached shower head or handheld All in all it was a great place to stay.
