The place is exactly as described, with all the amenities. We always felt safe and appreciated the 24/7 security. You don't even have to take the keys with you. You can just drop it at the concierge when you leave and get it back when your return. I also highly appreciated the flexible check-in time. This is super important when your plane arrives way before the check-in time. It is a bit far (25 min walk) from the tourist area, but with an Uber, you are there in 5 min, which is what we always used. I highly recommend this place!

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

The apartment is located in a very nice place with the cafeteria on the first floor for the purchases you need as a traveler. There are many restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The room was very nice and clean, it had the things I needed to cook and to work too. I liked that the owner was always attentive to any questions I had during my stay. I spent an incredible week at this Airbnb in Laureles, Medellín. The view is breathtaking, the modern aesthetic is sleek, and the 24/7 doorman makes you feel safe. However, there are a few minor drawbacks. The bed is VERY firm and makes a LOT of noise. The water pressure in the shower is also quite weak. Additionally, due to the natural build of the building, small ants can migrate in, so be sure to keep food and trash sealed. Despite these quirks, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The pros far outweigh the cons, and the experience is unforgettable. Just be aware of the minor issues, and you'll be all set for an amazing stay!

I have stayed all over Provenza. This is by far the best Airbnb I have found. Price is very reasonable for what you get. The custom jacuzzi does get hot and it is huge. It actually got so hot we had to turn off the heat and let it cool some. Just an amazing experience. The location could not be better. You are right at the end of the busy restraunt street, but it is not loud because you. are at the end. In the bedroom I could not hear anything. The staff was top notch. Very responsive and friendly. This will definitely be my go to location when traveling in a group.

I rented Juan’s Airbnb for special occasions with my significant other, and each stay has been seamless. The hosts are always friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The space itself feels like a spa retreat, with a hot tub that’s perfect for unwinding. The bar downstairs is fantastic, and there are plenty of great spots nearby to explore. I highly recommend Carmen and Don Diablo—both are incredible, but be sure to book a little early as they fill up quickly. The best part? They’re literally next door, within walking distance. The king-size bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom has a unique design that adds to the charm. The private patio with the Jacuzzi or bathtub is ideal for a romantic and relaxing escape. If you're looking for a cozy yet luxurious getaway in an amazing location, this is the perfect spot!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Location is perfect, tucked on a quiet street but easily walkable to plenty of cafes and restaurants. The view from the apartment is stunning. I was a solo traveler and felt so safe here, the reception was so friendly. Definitely recommend, perfect spot!

The place is spacious and amazing with an outdoor terrace to enjoy. Host is responsive. Location- great! Close to shops, mall, restaurants etc. The only thing that actually was lacking- not well stocked kitchen (pots-3 small ones , 1 for boiling something and 2 small skillets so it was really challenging to make dinner for our family of 5). Otherwise it is a very nice airbnb. Thank you!

Modern, spacious unit in a nice building with security. The unit has a good view of the hillside. It was about a 10 min walk to lots of good food options. Quiet, residential area.
