House vacation rentals in Markey Township

We had a wonderful time. I stayed to celebrate my 50th birthday and the arcade game was the nostalgia I needed. Very spacious. It was just my husband and dogs but it would be great for a family adventure. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Quite and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. The lake is walking distance. It's a great value for sure.

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

Greg and Katrina’s home was awesome lots todo for people all ages. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and the place was really well taken care of. I’d stay there agin!

Kayt was very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Any questions we had she was very quick to respond., She even suggested some cute little shops to visit while in town. Great area beautiful property. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time celebrating a bachelorette! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable! The open concept of the house was great for hosting and keeping a large group together! The backyard area/ pool was beautiful and again great for keeping everyone together while being able to enjoy different activities. The location was perfect and close to bars and restaurants! The local transportation company was so great and got us all around town and back safely! Several of the people that attended said they’d love to come back with their families/ friends! I highly recommend!

Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

Out in what I would consider the country, far away from the commotion of the bigger cities to relax, rewind and stargaze but close enough if you need to grab goods or want to do some exploring. No need to worry about bringing anything for the kitchen besides food to cook and maybe spices if you have certain ones you use, fully stocked with anything you could need to cook inside, bbq or even bake(from what I could tell) Heat works great although the bedroom near the bathroom was colder but not an issue since we didn’t need two bedrooms, heated fan in bathroom was a MAJOR plus. Boyfriend was able to catch some bass and pike off the pier, unfortunately didn’t get to take the little trolling boat out but I’m sure we would have had a blast catching more fish. Witnessed a Bald Eagle over the lake from the living room! Highlight of the stay was getting to experience the Auroras and SAR with our naked eyes!!

There were 4 adults staying for Labor Day weekend. We had more than enough room for all. We have vacationed together for years. We all agreed this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. So well put together and everything you could ever need. The yard was beautiful, the deck had beautiful views of the lake. The furniture was very comfy and there was nothing more we could have wanted.

We had a great time and would stay here again and again. Very clean and everything was described as it was. Anne was very quick at responding to any questions we had.

Getting to this home was fairly easy. Our only problem was unlocking the door. The provided code did not work. But we called the provided number and the code was changed. The new number was successful. From that time on we had no difficulty. The home was comfortable. The wall between the living room and master bedroom did not absorb the sound of the TV in the living room. So those of us that stayed up later could not use the TV. This was remedied by using ear plugs. Basically there were no other areas of concern. The Traverse City area had numerable places to explore and the Fall colors were glorious. As a lighthouse lover, I was happy. The house felt secluded yet it was close to many shopping areas. The woods toward the back of the home had the most gorgeous trees and had a "haunted" appearance. That made me happy. I loved our stay. Thanks Katy!!!!

Our family had an amazing stay! The teenagers were thrilled with the pool table in the basement and the hot tub—it kept them entertained the whole time. The views were absolutely breathtaking, a real highlight of the trip. We also appreciated the blackout curtains and sound machines, which made sleeping incredibly peaceful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Ryan was a great host. The place is situated on a beautiful river. Awesome stay!

We were in Clare for a family funeral. It was the perfect place to stay for a family that is from out of town. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated that it was clean and ready for us. We are interested in coming back for a summer stay.

This was our first time using Air BNB and Carol’s home exceeded all of our expectations! She was super responsive to our questions. Check in and out was very easy. She had so many amenities that are often forgotten when staying the night away from home. Loved the location! Wish we had more time to spend here!

This is our fourth stay at Keno Lodge for an annual family gathering. The Lodge is spacious and the accommodations are perfect for a larger group. It is a peaceful, and quiet setting surrounded by wildlife. There are trails in back that are nice for walking/hiking. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you need. There are plenty of linens in each of the bathrooms. (Recommend bringing your own blankets as the beds only have sheets and a comforter.) There are a number of fans, and space heaters if needed. There is a Pack-n-Play and highchair for little ones. There have been a few new updates at Keno Lodge since our last visit-there's a new upstairs shower, new bunkbeds in two of the downstairs bedrooms, a couple new chairs in the upstairs living room, a new refrigerator in the kitchen and new decor in many rooms. Duane responds in a timely manner to questions/concerns. We look forward to our next trip to Keno Lodge.

My second stay here. Looking forward to coming back.

Lou is the best host in northern Michigan no matter what I’m doing there I’m willing to drive longer in any direction just to stay at the air bnb. Also very nice location and chill. Private beach is amazing and easy to get to and a lot to do not too far away.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Private but yet convenient to Forest Dunes. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! Bigger than the pictures show, very clean, garage fun room was the best!! Host very responsive! I wish there was more to do in St. Helen or West Branch, especially for kids. I would rent this way more often all my grandkids would love it!

House was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the property and the house. The perfect place to just get away and spend time with family. The kitchen was a little smaller than I personally like but it had everything one would need to make a family meal. Ran into a couple minor things during our stay which is kind of normal for airbnbs but Mary the host was very responsive and handled things very fast and professional. I 100% recommend this property and would gladly stay again.
