Vacation rentals in Roscommon County

We had another great time with my brothers and a few close friends for our annual ice fishing getaway. This house fits our needs perfectly. It was a very snowy weekend, but was still able to get out and ice fish and enjoy the Houghton Lake area! I would highly recommend this home when visiting the Houghton Lake area.

This was our family’s second time coming up to the cabins and lake! Wonderful time we had and a lot of that has to do with the comfortable environment! Both times we had both cabins so it felt like we were all alone. The lake is beautiful, easy to dock and get around, and we look forward to next years trip!

Jeff and Ashlee are both amazing. We felt so at home. The cabin was more than we hoped for. You feel like you’re sitting right on the beach from pretty much anywhere in the cabin. We started looking for availability for our next trip before we even left. We already miss the two Eagles and the mallard ducks! It was our 47th anniversary and staying in the fishbowl made it perfect. Don’t have one negative thing to say.

Was very nice to get away and just relax. There was a storm hitting the area and very cold and windy but the home was very comfortable. Felt at home and will definitely be back over the summer!

House was clean and had everything we needed to cook all of our own meals. Donovan was responsive and always available before, during and after our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

Michelle's Cabin was fantastic! It was the perfect place for our family to stay for a few days! Michelle was extremely helpful before and during our stay to ensure our group had everything needed to enjoy some family time on Higgins Lake! The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family to sit down to have quality time throughout our vacation. Michelle offers two kayaks for use while staying at the cabin, wifi access, two Roku TV's, an outdoor area with firepit, as well as an indoor fireplace and a breezeway with a table so you can still have a meal outdoors and stay dry if it were to rain. We would definitely stay at Michelle's cabin again!
