This sprightly home, with our sister one next door on its own private lot (book separately), are the ONLY ones on Margrethe on a natural hill, providing exclusive elevated lake views, w/ a bonus wide, flat lakeside area. Uniquely private on a street w/ only 3 homes, ours are separated from that 3rd non-lakefront one by a wooded lot. Experience the tranquility of a natural setting, with a dock & lakeside deck! New kitchen, flooring, beds, leather sofas, W/D, back-up generator. Boat ramp close by.

Enjoy sharing this Ausable river front home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. WE LIVE ABOVE. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

Pet friendly location. ***Cell service is excellent at this location, however this campsite is rustic(ish) and only offers a radio, no other technological devices or wifi.***
