This house is a great place to stay. We will be back for sure. We have friends and family that live near by. Fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby. This place was super clean. Updated. Bailey was a great host. She was responsive and helpful when we had issues. The house was nice, clean, and spacious.

Even with cold, rainy weather, we still had the best weekend staying here! The cabin is so cozy with everything we needed, we felt right at home. Being right in the water was fantastic, especially enjoying the view from the hot tub on the colder days. If you're in the area I would highly recommend staying here!

This place is out of a dream. A perfect spot to unwind. Right on the lake. Has all the amenities. Nothing else I would change about this spot. This is my second visit and will definitely not be the last.

Extremely unique layout and design of house. The house easily accommodated our whole party and the deck, hot tub, River, and kitchens were wonderful. The house is fully stocked with all amenities that other AirBnBs often lack like towels, toiletries, kitchen appliances/basic spice/condiments. The property is densely forested and feels very secluded. Great stay.

We came up for a family snowmobile trip it was a great time Easy access to the trails just an overall great time.

Great little cottage. Loved the location and the proximity to town. Everything we needed. Will definitely return hopefully when it isn’t cold and rainy so I can enjoy the beautiful screened porch and nice yard/firepit.

It was the perfect cozy, winter cabin for our snowmobiling getaway! The game room was a major plus for the kids. We loved the cozy living room by the fire! It was great to find a nice place to bring our doodle as well, he was right at home :)

As always we had an amazing stay!!! Lots of ice ( over 12 inches) caught fish, great food with friends, and some of the most beautiful sunsets ever!! Will be back for sure!!!!

This was our 3 vistit to Craig's property. We love the peaceful surroundings great for hiking, snow shoing or cross country skiing. The location is 20 minutes from downtown Grayling. Its a short drive to Hartwick Pines. Craig's a fantastic host and has become a friend. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect location close to Higgins and Houghton lake.

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The lake house was even cuter than the photos! It had a lovely rustic charm and everything was clean and well thought out. There was much more than the basic amenities there, we forgot a couple things and they had everything we needed. Great selection of movies, puzzles, books, and board games; we had a lovely winter weekend holed up inside and loved getting to use the gas fireplace too. And our pup LOVED the deck and yard and felt right at home as soon as we got there. They even had spare dog bowls in the laundry room! Such a wonderful visit and we would HAPPILY come back again! Maybe next time when the weather is nice so we can make use of all the awesome outdoor amenities.

this was a great cozy little house. we really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor fireplace. Far enough from town but still close. my husband and I enjoyed the local trails and pizza buffet. for sure a relaxing weekend.

Eric was very accommodating. We arrived early and he was able to lets us check in without an issue. Place was way bigger than we thought, which was great especially having 3 kids with us. Had everything someone could possibly need to feel right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious and clean place that’s close to anything around the Houghton Lake/Higgins Lake area. Our family thanks you again, Eric!
