Townhome vacation rentals in Marathon

It makes such a difference when it's someone's own vacation home. Everything from kitchen to furniture to systems worked great and we were able to feel at home from the moment of arrival. Comms with Camille was easy both by email and text and she provided a detailed set of instructions for everything. Bed configurations were as described. Sofa beds were better than expected and plenty of bed clothes were provided. Dive shops, restaurants, supermarkets all within short drive. There is a beautiful pier on site for watching the sun rise or set. A little pricey compared to other properties but I would go back because of the quality of the property and ease of staying there.

We had a wonderful stay. It is a big plus to have a ramp to put the boat in the water and a slip to keep the boat. We had a beautiful weekend. Sparky's was a great restaurant.

We spent a week at Claire’s for our anniversary. Both the townhouse and the overall property are very nice, private and peaceful. Claire was very responsive and shared helpful info about local restaurants and other activities. The view from the townhouse is just as described and the balconies are a great place to watch the sunset. The beds were very comfortable. We brought our boat and the marina facilities and boat slip were easy to use. Everyone we met on the property was friendly - from residents to other guests and including the property manager. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely ideal. Our fishing charter was able to pick us up at the dock literally outside the front door. Spectacular view from the outside decks. Walking distance to Kiki’s Sandbar Bar and grill. They have generous drinks and good food. The adult pool was wonderful. So many amenities on site. Little Torch cottages are located equal distance from Marathon and Key West. We will be back next year. The on-site manager/maintenance guy is great

Casa Fish was a perfect place to stay for our father/daughter vacation. We felt very comfortable, each with our own spaces and bathrooms. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. No issues, no complaints, we would definitely stay here again!

Place was great! Lots to do in the area even if you wanted to just stay at the house. Plenty of pool/beach toys, life jacket, towels. Fishing off the dock was so much fun for the little ones!house had a pack n play and highchair which was another bonus! Only down fall, there was only one toilet paper roll and we had three bathrooms (I’m guessing housekeeping just forgot to refill) also we didn’t have any pans/skillets to cook with but had plenty of pots, plates and silverware! Didn’t have enough coffee cups but Susan was very quick to get us some and that was great!!

We had such a great stay we added another night! Place is well equipped and super clean and the host is very helpful. It's an ideal location if you're looking to vacation with other families, you can grab the next door units and all hang out! As this listing notes you technically can't use the main resort facilities...but we didn't have any problems! It was a great walkable spot for a group getaway. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Driving into Key Largo on the main highway I was unsure of the area, but the Mariners Club property is beautiful and quiet and clean. There is security 24/7 so I felt completely safe. The property is kept up very well. The pool is amazing, and although there is no beach it does overlook the ocean. The inside of the condo was very clean and updated. The king bed on the third floor was very comfortable and there are room darkening blinds to keep the sun from waking you. We were very pleased with our stay and with Jose’s responsiveness and communication. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

Great place to stay. Close to many restaurants and a great place for divers to stay at. Very short distance to rainbow reef dive center and the nondivers in our group enjoyed the nearby parks and beaches. The main bedroom only has 1 king bed despite listing stating 2 king beds and the 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds each with a trundle so can definitely sleep 6 as the listing states. The king bed was very soft and comfy and the single beds were pretty firm so everyone in our party picked the firmness they wanted. The house had plenty of essentials available and we were able to cook a few meals. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available. Unfortunately the wifi password wasn't working when we stayed but we all had cell phone signal so no big deal. The downstairs shower is a very small walk in shower so might be tight for most people but the upstairs shower is a normal tub size. Pool and playground right outside the back patio so very convenient. Overall great place to stay

Booked for the week of Christmas. Very good communication, clear instructions. The condo association has a heated pool, docks on the sound, and great sunset views. The condo had a view of the bay from the kids room, and a little view from the parents balcony. Pool entrance was super close. We saw a manatee and a few dolphins from the dock benches while enjoying the bay. It was a great place to vacation and use as home base to explore the keys and the Everglades. Key west itself is a long haul, about 2.5 hours due to traffic never going the speed limit. But key west was only 1 day of our activity.

We had a great time in Ingrids place. We were unlucky of having storm Debby, so our planned snorkling on the reefs was not possible. Luckily we could snorkle in the resorts lagoon, lots of fish to see at the doorstep. It was really nice to have a bbq at the waterside underneeth the palm leave parasols.

We had the best family vacation to date here. Kawama community is awesome with such a relaxed vibe and so much to do for the kids. Robert was super responsive and the place is amazing. Gorgeous views, well stocked and immaculate. Our family of 4 plus my mom had plenty of room. We hope to come back sooner than later!

we found this house to be an amazing location and very comfortable. host was readily available whenever we contacted her. maintenance guy is super nice and super cool and so very accommodating. would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Islamorada.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The pictures and description is not even enough to explain how perfect this property is. We are so happy we stayed here. This property was so clean, so conveniently located, and felt like a home away from home. They went above and beyond by even leaving fresh tooth paste and mouthwash. We made day trips all over the islands and this was a perfect location. The food in the surrounding area is great, the amenities at this condo are top notch. The pool and sunset view was perfect. We will be looking forward to staying here again.

Our family of eight had a wonderful stay at this spacious townhouse in Key Largo's Kawama Yacht Club. The property was exactly as described and pictured, exceeding our expectations! The resort amenities were fantastic - the pools, saltwater lagoon, kayaks, and golf cart were huge hits with the kids. We loved walking to the nearby rock pier for ocean views and stargazing. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys, and we even went scuba diving. This townhouse is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Key Largo is a nice place for snorkeling, swimming and relaxing. We would like to recommend the local fish market with bar and pickle ball with a swim in the local ”lagoon” afterwords.

Kawama is an awesome spot. Having the golf cart is a huge plus. Andy was super responsive with all of our questions

Great location and townhouse right on the marina. Only thing none of the rooms have black out shades so bring your face masks! Otherwise great stay and very communicative hosts.

Great option for large groups. The rooms on The bottom floor are like dark dungeons with is great for good sleep. The heated pool is just steps away but it’s not very large. Luckily we were there in a slow season so there was always room for our group. If it’s warm then you can always go to the lagoon but it was too cold for me.

We took two of our adult children down to Key Largo to escape the winter for a long weekend. Christina's place was just what we were looking for. Very nice unit in a beautiful, secluded development. We took full advantage of the two pools, the lagoon and the beachfront located on the property to just relax and spend time together. Also spent a lot of time in the front covered porch of the unit. Very nice location close to stores, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended.

We had a great time. The space worked for our family, and there was so much to do onsite and off. We used the pool, walked to the beach, and went in the lagoon that was right behind us! Especially enjoyed Yoga with Dolphins at Island Dolphin Care and meeting the dolphins at DPMMR just up the road. The kitchen was the best stocked of any rental I’ve ever stayed in. There were a couple issues with the golf cart and the sink that were beyond Anna’s control, but she jumped right in and had everything fixed quickly! SUPER responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed meeting others who live there or were vacationing. A great community of people!

Great place and great location. Good sized bedrooms, nice baths (as an FYI one shower is downstairs and both bedrooms are upstairs) and nice kitchen. Right by the lagoon and pool which was fun for the boys. We also got some fishing in and the kids caught some great fish! We’d stay here again!
