The view alone is worth every penny. We saw manatees, sharks, turtles, blowfish and sturgeons right off the dock. Sunrise was spectacular! The tiny home has all the creature comforts of a big home and it was spotless!!! This place is a little jewel💎

We had such a great time. Not only was that weather perfect, the house was too! The house has everything you need and more. The host stocked the fridge and pantry which was completely unexpected. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren and this house has everything you need for all ages. Not only did it have dog treats for our pups, but they also had a playpen, high chair, blow up mattress, kayaks, outside bait freezer, long bulkhead for fishing from the dock, hammock and a pool. Ruth was very responsive, kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend this home away from home!

Great place, living room seating not ideal for rainy days(Tropical storm Debby) for 4 adults and 1 child. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great dock. pet friendly a plus. Doraida is very responsive warned us of possible storm prior to our arrival. Really appreciated that!

Excellent place we had everything we needed for a great time, the boat dock was great in keeping your boat safe and scratch free, the front parking is big, very convenient, great location and great host

This place was beautiful. Everything was clean and nice. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and even left 2 fishing poles for the next people to enjoy. The Cabana Club was fun to hang out at and was a easy walk. We also enjoyed Island Fish Company and Sparky's down the way. Hope to be back!

Location Location Location. Lots to do. beaches ,trails, shopping and easy access to the other keys. And if you don't feel like getting in a car you can walk across the street and enjoy some good food and drinks with live music. Kristi is a great host. And having Stephen next door brought us comfort during the hurricane (Milton)

Great place. A small kitchen if your wanting to cook a lot, no dishwasher. Loved having our boat right out back. Close to pretty much every and anything you'd like to do. The cost was very affordable compared to other places we've rented but was definitely a downgrade from those other places, the money was right for what it is. Older beds were a lil uncomfortable for our two week stay but not unsleepable. Couch in living room could use a shampooing, we purchased a blanket to have a cover on it. Host was attentive and friendly. Would recommend, definitely had an enjoyable stay for the most part. Couldn't ask for a better location either.

We were looking for a great place close to a small beach, an ocean view, which was clean and could house our family comfortably. This place did that and provided a place away from tourist crowds. Very nice place

Our stay was amazing! It was one of the most relaxing vacations ever! The house was in one of the most gorgeous locations offering a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets an FL Keys wildlife. We spent hours on the dock fishing and we rented a kayak from Frank which he had delivered to us! Frank was quick to respond to a couple needs that came up during our stay adding to our five star review!!!

We loved our stay here. Clean, spacious and well laid out. Kids hit the paddle boats within 20 minutes of arrival to explore the area. We highly recommend Porky's Bayside Restaurant, the best breakfast. The beach was a mile walk which was nice. Highly recommended staying here.

My husband, 3 kids and I stayed at Casa Piña over Thanksgiving week. We immediately felt at home in this cozy and welcoming house. My husband and I enjoyed the screened porch and sitting out on the deck. The kids loved the pool, ping pong/pool table. We were able to tie our rental boat up each night to the dock and loved watching the fish around the fish light. Our Labrador retriever had the time of her life learning to be a salty dog. We are forever grateful to Jose for allowing us to use his home and bring our pup. Jose’s dinner recommendations were spot on. Grocery stores are just around the corner. All the local shops and business owners were helpful and welcoming. We were able to grill steaks and fish (that we caught!), as well as, make a cake, pie, and many breakfasts. Beds were super comfy, WiFi speedy, and tv’s in every room with streaming. Our first trip to the Keys was a memorable one and wont be our last. 5 stars to Jose and Casa Piña!! Thank you for being a stellar host!

If you’re looking for a good place to fish out of in the keys this is your spot. Outdoor kitchen, cleaning station, dock, and pool make it nice to enjoy an afternoon after a day on the water with a convenient location close by to vaca cut. Definitely would book again!

We were completely thrilled with this property. The backyard is phenomenal especially with the heated pool and the large fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked with every amenity which made it easy to make and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. We would love to stay at this property again!

was a great place to stay and was super roomy even with 8 of us there! super clean and pretty close to marathon and key west! only thing we wasn’t to huge on was the AC controls, were from ohio and like our house super cold and the lowest the AC went was 72 and had setting controls. The amenities were amazing and we spent most of our time down by the pool and ping pong table!

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

Beautiful home with lots of lovely space, well decorated, and right on the canal where we were able to enjoy visits from mamanatees on multiple occasions. Also great location to a variety of things to do and places to eat. We received great communication with the hostess who was always very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

Mary’s place was perfect for our family vacation in Marathon! Our whole family loved hanging out both inside and outside. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the marina and the spending evenings in the tiki hut. The location is perfect! We especially loved the Cabana Club - an added bonus to our stay. Mary was very communicative before and during our stay. We would stay at Mary’s place again!

I’d like to start this review with JoAn is amazing and super responsive. If you need anything, she will ensure that you will get it. This house is the epitome of what you would expect for a Florida keys home. If you’re looking for a house with a lot of character, in a phenomenal location for Atlantic access and fuel, this is the place. We throughly enjoyed our time staying here and will be back next year. The pool was nice to get into after diving every day, there was a fresh water hose on the dock, a freshwater outside shower and even a fish cleaning station. There is a deep freezer for ice and a tiki bar outside with a sink. Couldn’t be any happier with the house or the host. Thanks again JoAn for letting us use your house.

My family of 7 plus 2 dogs stayed comfortably here for 8 days! The house is decorated in a way that constantly reminds you that you’re coastal! I loved it, it’s so bright and fun! The kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you need to cook large meals. The location is close to so much as well. The private beach was the perfect spot to launch our kayaks and watch beautiful sunsets. The screened in deck was unbelievably nice to relax on in the evenings and listen to the wildlife at Crane Pointe. My husband and sons loved the pool table and played several games during our stay. There was plenty of room in the house to set up two large dog crates and the fenced in yard made it easy to let the dogs run some energy off. When the opportunity arises, I will definitely stay here again! We had an amazing time and this was the perfect home-base while we key hopped 😍 Vacasa was incredible with communication and I definitely recommend their place!

I cannot say enough about this private, peaceful slice of paradise! I was worried it looked "too good to be true", but it really is just as beautiful as the photos. The house is stocked with everything you need, charming, and clean. The outside feels like your own tropical paradise! The boys loved the fishing (my 5 year old spent nearly the entire time fishing off the dock) and the girls enjoyed swimming in the clear water and playing in the sand! Kelley was such a great and kind host. She was quick to respond with any questions and helpful in giving recommendations! We give it a 10/10 and would love to go back someday! I highly recommend!
