Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Manzanita

Very responsive staff when we had some check in issues. The kitchen is newly remolded and has nice appliances.

We absolutely loved this house! The location and the beach cannot be beat! Dog friendly rentals right on the coast are hard to find and this place is a dogs dream! The outdoor shower was the nicest I’ve seen at any beach house and was so nice with lots of people and dogs! The house has such amazing views and was stocked with everything we could have needed including beach chairs/towels. Charlie was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again

Heidi’s house was absolutely perfect for my family. We were 2 blocks from the beach and had such a cozy living space we were able to relax and spend most of our time/nights all together. She had everything we could have wanted for a little coast getaway during the holiday! Excited to return to Heidi’s soon!

Such an amazing little place to stay! So close to the beach, close to everything in town, very peaceful and quiet.

Timely communication before arriving and during our stay. Reached out twice about something and very prompt response. House in excellent location, nicely furnished, great little neighborhood. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we stopped by on Saturday.

Phillip’s oceanfront home was a wonderful quiet place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. It was dog friendly, with gates to keep her on the deck while we enjoyed the hot tub. The beach was a short walk across the dune, a great sunset spot when weather allowed. Check in was easy and we had no problems with the home. Phillip was very generous, and easy to communicate with. I look forward to returning!

Very comfortable and cozy! Great layout for grandparents bringing their children and grandchildren! Upstairs was perfect for a family with little ones as the adult room connects to the childrens room and bathroom. Downstairs perfect for the grandparents ;).

Overall we had a great time here on my birthday weekend! Cam and co-hosts were very responsive and made everything super easy for us! The house was cute, cozy and had tons of amenities and things to do (games, books, hottub, binder with recommendations), etc. And is very close to everything!! :) A few nuances to note as a heads up (none a big deal): - The back patio is uncovered so storing belongings (phone, speaker, clothes towels) is difficult on rainy days. However, we brought umbrellas with us to make sure we could stay dry in the hottub and it worked great! - There is also no back door (only side and front) making for difficult navigation from the backyard/hottub to the bathroom. For those with dogs, also take note that the front door is attached to the fenced in yard, but the side door is not. - The main room has a queen, another with a full (very short) and the third room is it's own ADU in the backyard. No bathroom or water but very cozy with it's own small livingroom.

I had a great experience . Great way to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely return. By that time we will have the television figured out.

We had such a lovely getaway at Linda's cabin. It was clear that this cabin has been used and loved by many guests and she has a clear understanding of what makes it a comfortable and easy location to visit! We loved that the cabin allowed us to have the best of both worlds-- getaway in the woods and easy access to the coast. This location is a bit remote, but Linda and her helper, Ami, did a great job communicating this-- we felt very prepared! The cabin is in pristine condition and comes stocked with many things you need; Ami also did a great job communicating about this ahead of time as well as things we might want to bring and use of the amenities in the house. The setting is just gorgeous amid the forest. Nehalem is the closest (very small) town and Manzanita is just a bit further-- both felt very accessible and we spent time tootling around both. We were there about 10 minutes and we had already started scheming on how to get back in the future-- we hope to be repeat guests!

I'm delighted to write a review. This cabin was my childhood beach house from 1971-2002. I was so excited to have to opportunity to stay in it again. My cousin flew in from Nebraska and away we went. So many fun personal memories. We loved it. Coming back with my brothers.

What a great cabin, I stayed for a couple days to relax after the holiday and loved it. It's a peaceful place on the river and just a short walk to the beach. This was my first time staying in Pacific City and it's a nice small town. Noticed a lot of deer wandering around while taking a walk, and Cape Kiwanda is walking distance too. Went to the cape at sunset and enjoyed seeing all the surfers. Checking in and out of the house was easy. Hope to stay again sometime.

Nice cozy cabin for a relaxing getaway. Would like to stay here again in the future.

Had a very lovely stay! The house was spacious and amenities were great! We lost power 3 times and the house had enough for us to stay occupied! Very close to town and even cannon beach. Oceanside also had some gems. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in this home with family meeting from 4 different locations. The weather was incredible, beautiful sunsets and beach walks every day, and beautiful ocean views from the home as well. The home is very well built and we were impressed with the amount of privacy between quarters. The kitchen was extremely well equipped we had plenty of serving platters, cooking equipment and even baking supplies for the holiday. There was a Keurig and traditional coffee pot for morning coffee and the list goes on. The living room easily accommodated the family for gathering and game playing. And the top of the line hot tub was used every day and appreciated especially after the family Polar plunges. It is hard to come up with anything that was missing from this lovely home.
