My husband and our two dogs stayed for 3 nights at the cap cod cottage, unit 7. We loved it!! The cottage was so comfortable, had everything we needed to prepare meals, and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach. We literally spent hours on the beach with our dogs! We played card games on the balcony, watched movies in the evening, read books in the cozy arm chairs, and explored in town for a couple hours one afternoon. We barely left the Airbnb or beach and it was the most relaxing vacation. Our dogs felt right at home too. The wood floors were a bit slippery for our older dog, but we had a yoga mat and that helped him with getting on and off the bed. The host provided dog blankets for us which was really nice, because even though we brought towels to clean them it’s hard to get all of the sand cleaned off of dog fur! We will definitely be back again! We appreciated how affordable the rental was and felt like we got an incredible value for the price!

This cabin exceeded the description. The kitchen was equipped with every thing you'd need to cook. The family room was cozy and perfect with wood stove. The spa bathroom is an amazing find in a cabin. The upstairs rooms and extra space let us have a reading nook. The backyard was large, with a huge fire pit. There were s'mores ingredients as a welcome gift. The beach is closer than the map looks. Just steps away. I'll be staying here again.

We spent so much time enjoying our view, whale watching and following the sun go down each night. We couldn’t get enough of it. Perfect location for visiting multiple attractions, bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Parking on site was easy, safe and spacious. Having both a washer/dryer is very important to us and it worked great. Host was gracious and responded quickly to our request to check in a little early. Highly recommend and hope to make this an annual visit.

Peaceful and private. Loved the color palette and decor, very homey. Clean and was surprised to see/read that pets are allowed because other than the “pet basket” there’s no trace of animals! Appreciated the plug-ins not being plugged in as I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and it can be a problem for me when there are a lot of artificial fragrances in a rental home. Enjoyed binging on Netflix and the hot tub during stormy weather. Kylee was very responsive and helpful. If we come to Rockaway Beach again, we will stay here again.

Sandy and Scott's home was amazing. Easily one of the best beach front locations in Neskowin. Extremely private even with the shared wall. The hot tub was hot and very clean. The finishing touches in their home were all noticeable. Kitchen appliances to bathroom fixtures were all a cut above. Would love to spend more time back here.

This place was fantastic! The tiny house was spacious, clean, and adorable. The owners were very nice and accommodating and they have a lovely dog! The kitchen had the essentials with some added spices that made cooking a meal a breeze. There is a lot of passion poured into this place and you can really feel it in all the details. My wife and I would happily stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway. We had an incredible stay at Pete and Morag’s house. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, well- equipped with everything we needed for cooking. House was clean! Pete was an excellent host providing clear instructions before the trip. Joanne’s beach house is truly an Airbnb, not just a vacation rental. This is one of those houses where you immediately feel at home and comfortable in and everything you could possibly need is there. The view is lovely and location is convenient but what makes this place truly special is the host. Joanne was extremely kind and friendly. We felt genuinely cared for during our stay. Our family of four along with our dog Charlie made so many great memories here. We love Manzanita area and this was a great base. Easy walk to beach and to town from the beach. We all slept soundly and made good use of the pool table, DVD collection and the fireplace. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck and taking in the birdsong. We cooked many meals and had all we needed in the kitchen. Joanne spoiled us with local coffee and chocolate as well. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful house and lovely hosts! We had the most peaceful getaway at this home. The sound of the river is so calming. We had so much fun by the fire pit, in the game room, in the hot tub, and walking the trails. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Plenty of fire fixings are provided. The beds, pillows and linens are all comfy cozy. Loved all the thoughtful details, for humans and dogs!

Bryan was a wonderful host. Very attentive and helpful. The house was everything we imagined and more. Clean and with plenty of amenities. And the beds were heavenly. Our kids loved the variety of activities at the house, especially the hot tub and large yard for playing football. We hit some of the recommended sites and places Bryan provided us and they did not disappoint. Wanda’s was a favorite and we explored Cannon Beach for the first time. Cute costal town. Would love to come back and enjoy a longer stay.
