My family’s stay at Eva’s was pleasant. The unit has a beautiful view of the city from the master and guest bedrooms and the unit is as pictured in the photos. However, I do have to note that there was old food sitting in one of the kitchen sinks (likely from the previous guest). The bathrooms were my favorite; large and the hot water and pressure was fantastic. We encountered an issue with the aircon leaking in the living room but Eva did respond to us quickly when we addressed it. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very easy to catch a Grab from the condominium. 24 hour security - the surroundings are secure as there are many security guards in the area. The security staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and kind. Eva can also provide airport transportation upon request for an additional fee.

The place is very accessible and clean. We appreciate the free water 😊. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend the place 💕

it was great for our family especially our newborn baby. definitely recommend. wifi is great my son loved it especially it has netflix on it. very cozy and clean bathroom 😊

We stayed with my family during Christmas, from December 24th to 26th. The room was beautiful and amazing. It feels like home. Overall, it's a great place to stay in a bustling, developing area! The swimming pool was super nice and great for photos. Ms. Ailyn was accommodating and quick to address your concerns. Great stay. GREAT VALUE.

Overall experience was great, very easy check in with key lockbox. The unit was very well maintained and already had stuff we needed during our stay inlcuding a mini fridge for food/drinks storage and cute kitchen with utensils for light cooking/food prep. Clean and comfy too with a nice pool view thru its balcony :)

Great host! We requested an early check-in, and they accommodated us, allowing us to settle in earlier. There was an issue with the coded lock, but the host arrived quickly and resolved it. The condo is excellent, with a decent gym and a nice pool. It’s super convenient that there’s a shopping mall directly below the building, with a supermarket and several great food spots. The apartment itself matches the photos perfectly, and it was a pleasant place to stay. The water pressure in the bathroom could have been better, and a kitchen air conditioner would have been a great addition. However, the panoramic window view every morning and the overall cozy, home-like atmosphere more than make up for these minor inconveniences.

The unit was spacious and super clean. We had a great stay. Also, the caretaker was very kind and accommodating.

Richel’s place is very nice! Beautifully decorated, and having many little amenities that make it like home that you don’t necessarily find any other Airbnb’s. I would highly recommend her place. And she’s a delightful person to work with!

The place looks exactly like the pictures posted on this listing. The check-in was easy and smooth. We loved how clean the room was when we arrived and the sheets smelled so nice. We also appreciated that they provided toilet necessities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). There were mosquitoes but they provided a mosquito lamp killer. The electric kettle was rusty on the inside; we hope it gets replaced. The village was not exactly what we expected. It really is a large community in a compound so expect things like wet floors before riding the elevators (due to people coming from the pool), and some noise. But overall stay was great. Host was really nice and quick to respond. Thank you!

Graces place was ideal for our family getaway. I spent my 50th birthday there and it was very memorable. The staff were all very friendly. Eric was very responsive and attentive. Thank you for helping us. Enjoy your stay everyone.

The condo was very clean. It also had all the necessary amenities. The hostess was extremely responsive, she always replied within a couple minutes! All in all, it was a nice place to stay! Thank you very much!

It was nice ^ ^ It's a little small for 4 people, but it's very good for 3 people to stay. The swimming pool is also a capacity of 3 people, so I think it's great for 3 people to go. The host was kind, and there was a problem because the water burst, but he solved it right away ~ I want to come again next time ^ ^

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.
