Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mandaue City

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. Thank you Florabel.

It was the best place we every stayed in Cebu for my family. It was simply perfect. The place had a lot of space and all the rooms were very spacious. We had everything we needed in our stay. We really liked the place. It’s a small studio-type space but it can comfortably fit two people. It’s clean and very well-maintained. The unit is in a compound staffed with very nice, friendly and helpful people. We felt very safe and comfortable there. There’s a small restaurant inside the compound that serves simple but very, very good food. (Hat tip to you, Roland and Daphne). We would gladly stay there again if we’re ever in that area of Cebu again.

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Had such a great time. I would encourage anyone in the morning or evening to walk out of the door, take a left down the street and see the community of children and families playing joyfully, admire the nice homes, and bask in the atmosphere. Host was great, internet was flawless. Water refills and trash pickup everyday. Doing laundry was easy. Neighborhood was so nice. Felt very safe doing night walks.

The apartment was stunning, with an amazing view of the sunrise. It had everything we needed and was very comfy. We just found that the area was not for us, all the beaches are privatised and the walk to the shops wasn’t very pleasant. On the days we had excursions planned to other parts of the island it was great. And the pool was perfect for the days we didn’t. Thank you Ralf and Thomas for a lovely stay and all your help!

Amazing hosts! location is superb as it's close to the airport and also not far away from Cebu city. Flat was clean and well equipped. Receptionist / security was also helping in case of questions. Overall we had a great night!

This place is a great option for a private and comfortable stay. The interior design is cleverly crafted to make the studio-type unit feel spacious. The place is spotlessly clean, and the communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting again.

The room’s kitchen is complete with cooking tools & utensils for basic cooking - which very useful especially to those who wants to cook instead of deliveries.

My family’s stay at Eva’s was pleasant. The unit has a beautiful view of the city from the master and guest bedrooms and the unit is as pictured in the photos. However, I do have to note that there was old food sitting in one of the kitchen sinks (likely from the previous guest). The bathrooms were my favorite; large and the hot water and pressure was fantastic. We encountered an issue with the aircon leaking in the living room but Eva did respond to us quickly when we addressed it. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very easy to catch a Grab from the condominium. 24 hour security - the surroundings are secure as there are many security guards in the area. The security staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and kind. Eva can also provide airport transportation upon request for an additional fee.

Perfect place to stay in cebu. One ride to SM cebu, ayala and parkmall. Very cozy place to stay. Host is very accommodating and responsive.

The place is surprisingly cheap yet it already offers more than enough of what anyone could need for a stay in the city. It was exactly near the landmarks we wanted to visit.
