One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place had absolutely everything I needed—it was thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (I didn’t want to get up!). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Grab and Angkas pick-ups were also a breeze since the unit is right along a main highway where rides are always available. The convenience, comfort, and overall vibe of the place made it an easy favorite. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Great place to stay. Love the space of the entire unit, comfortably fits our group. My favorite part is the kitchen. Modern, clean and has all what you need - owner must have anticipated the guests’ needs (cooking guests😊) - no need for us to bring so much stuff as everything is provided already. Love also the bathroom - very spacious and has hot water system installed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. Walkable to Mall of Asia, which was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A few minor notes: -Bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), as these weren’t provided. - The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it worked well to keep the room cool. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical stay, especially for those who want easy access to Mall of Asia. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a well-located, budget-friendly options.

Such a great place with honest and kind people! I accidentally lost my bag, and our host went the extra mile to assist me in retrieving it. Their support truly meant a lot. This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

We stayed here for Sinulog festival it’s far away from the Main city but it’s a great thing that Fely mentioned it a couple of times during our stay so we are aware and set expectations. We are still able to enjoy the festival and comfortable rest afterwards with this place. Make sure to have your data ready because the WIFI signal is stable. Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊
