This place was perfect for my little get away! The hosts were amazing with communication and are super friendly in passing! Everything was clean and cozy😊 I would recommend this stay in a heartbeat!

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

Great, clean place to stay with designated parking near beach access. Ceiling fan in bathroom was a bit loud at night with wind. Close bathroom door and it takes care of the problem. Night light in bathroom would help, otherwise street lights are bright in bed if you raise curtain. Adequate cooking and eating utensils provided. Ceiling fan in bedroom runs on high only even with new batteries. This is an upstairs apartment with approximately 18 steps to lug your baggage up and down and I don't think that is mentioned in the listing. you can hear talking and coughing from residence below. Would stay again for location to beaches and cleanliness for sure! Hosts were very responsive to communication.

The location was quiet and yet within 10 minutes to everything. Perfect studio size for a couple. Had a cute kitchen and full refrigerator to use. Loved how high the shower was. For tall folks, that’s a bonus!! Will stay again our next visit!

My stay at Andrew’s was fantastic! House and linens were all very clean. Andrew was very responsive and lended us his iron. We felt right at home and had privacy. The location of our stay was also beautiful. My father in law lives in Florida and I will most likely be booking again with Andrew when we visit.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The only bad part was it wasn’t long enough! Great view, the beach was super close and the room was very fresh and clean.

We spent 5 days at Doris’s place and really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and inviting and smelt great when we walked in. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely book again when we are in the area.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home. Bradley was very responsive to messages and he and Derek were in the area and frequently asked if we needed anything during our stay. We have never had such a positive experience with vacation owners as we had with the owners during this trip. The property was gorgeous, clean, and completely modern with updated appliances and wonderful views of the ocean water from the deck- we spent a lot of time hanging out there because it was so comfortable and clean. The amenities were great and the owners truly thought of everything from small touches of a welcome basket to toiletries, linens and towels- it was more than we expected. It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely rent from Casa Key LLC again!

We had moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we waited to close on the purchase of our house . The house was a perfect size for us. My husband had no problems with WiFi as he needed to work . The house met all our expectations, we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai at night and using the pool in the evening and watching the sunset while in the pool . It was brutally hot while we were there so most of our time was spent indoors. Everything was clean and comfortable . This is a silly aside but the ice maker was the bomb ! Always producing ice which we used alot of because it was so hot . The washer and dryer worked amazing as well . Charles was quick to respond to questions . We enjoyed getting to know the area and frequenting the nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sunset at Port Charlotte Beach Park . Nice stay all around .

I loved everything about this stay. I had reserved it for my parents, who lost their home during the hurricane. Despite the last minute reservation, and the fact that we were scheduled to arrive right after the hurricane, Maria was super responsive and helpful. The home was just perfect - completely renovated in a modern, yet warm style, with lots of lovely touches to make it feel inviting. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood was just two miles from the freeway, for easy access to the rest of Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda, but it was in a super quiet, peaceful area with little traffic. I would recommend Maria’s place wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the area!

Convenient, easy to find location. Grocery store very close. Quick response from host. Easy to use gated area. Privacy bushes along fence helps with privacy and noise from street. Inside looks like pictures, clean and tidy. Outside shower is cute and usable. Washer and dryer available. Main bed is comfortable. Second bedroom has a pirate ☠️.. lol.. and pullout bed. Other people located on property are quiet, nice, and helpful. Fruit trees and some vegetables growing close by. Hot tub was available. Easy parking. I would stay again.

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

Jolanta’s place is perfect for a small family. It has everything you need for the beach and it’s an easy walk to the beach. She is very responsive to any of our needs and would recommend her place! We will stay again!

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ARBNB . It was very clean and I felt like I was right at home . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked perfectly . I loved the washer and dryer! It was close to restaurants and beaches . The location was quiet and close to beaches . Would highly recommend property to anyone traveling. Plus the pool was clean and close to unit !

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

This condo is right on a private beach access spot, which was much less crowded than other spots on the beach. Super easy to get to the beach every day! But the kitchen didn’t have any salt/pepper or other spices and was missing some cooking utensils, so it was inconvenient to cook our own meals - but that’s the only thing we were missing for our stay. Loved everything else!

The pictures do NOT do this condo justice. It is beautiful and uncluttered and so tasteful. I was so comfortable . The complex is gated and quite nice and level and very easy access to different areas. Our family myself, husband , 22 year old son and 19 year old daughter had plenty of space and areas to move around . Condo was well stocked and Rachel even supplied extras like coffee pods and many misc. other items that most places don’t provide. Will rent this condo in a heartbeat again.
