Lovely, peaceful cabin in Yosemite. It was so nice to be inside the park. The kids especially loved the space to play in the yard. All 7 of us slept comfortably in the loft.

We’ve returned again and again over the past 10+ years in both summer and winter. The amenities are excellent especially the ability to cook a family meal with all the supplies that are available. But what is most appreciated is the beautiful and peaceful environment. We love Shaver Haven. You can be active as you like with all the area has to offer or be a couch potato.

Great place for hosting large groups! Scenic backyard with plenty of seating, recreation and a cute swing overlooking the landscape. Location is about an hour away from Yosemite, great alternative to camping for guests coming in to visit the national park.

What a perfect location for a Yosemite trip! Great rustic home with the most comfortable beds! It feels perfect for a family trip between the multiple things to do locally and the awesome game room. We enjoyed the firepit and fireplace, and after spending the prior day at Yosemite, found a great local hike that was delightfully quiet. Hosts were super responsive and lovely and I would definitely rent this place again.

Great space with a spacious kitchen and well stocked house! We took full advantage of the hot tub and it’s also a beautiful walk to the river and sunbath there.

Staying at Cabernet’s place was amazing! It’s cozy, spacious, pet-friendly, and offers breathtaking views that feel like a serene mountain retreat. We visited during the fall-to-winter season and loved the vibrant maple trees and magical sunrises over the mountains. Cabernet and her husband were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us, even late at night. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home. While it’s about an hour’s drive to Yosemite’s main attractions, the peacefulness and beauty of this location are well worth it. We can’t wait to come back—thank you, Cabernet, for an unforgettable stay!

Had such a lovely stay. Walked to the restaurant just down the hill and enjoyed the small town. Hot tub was my highlight for the weekend. Beds are cozy and comfortable.

Our group of 7 was delighted to stay at this house when we visited Yosemite National Park. The owners gave us helpful tips about the area. The beds were comfortable, and one queen bed was set on a high frame & box spring. The air conditioning is controlled by a switch, not a thermostat, and cooled the front part of the home well. We left the doors to the bedrooms open so that they cooled, too. The spacious and well furnished kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for our group. The owners provided coolers for us to take our lunches into the park. We cooked salmon on the gas grill and enjoyed the beautiful garden in the back.

The house was spotless with all of the necessities you might need if you are traveling in from the airport. Joyce and Tony were great and provided good directions and lists of things to do. We went to Yosemite and Tony gave helpful recommendations of hikes and sites. Home was private and we loved reconnecting with the outdoors. We would definitely come back!

My husband and I needed a place to stay for the night and popped up AirBnb and this spot was one of the first ones that was suggested and I’m glad it did! The house was exactly as described and Kadi was quick to respond to any questions. The creek was a beautiful added touch in the morning to check out. We would recommend staying here and if we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely stop!

Terra Vita is great! It is a beautiful cabin in the mountains in a very private area with great views and only minutes from the town Oakhurst. A great place to stay if your heading to Yosemite or Bass Lake. The home was very clean and cozy and accommodated our family of 6 and dog great. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed glimpses of deer every morning. Heather was a great host and even provided the home with drinks and snacks to enjoy! Highly recommend this home.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Shelley and Todd’s place. Our daughter lives 1 1/2 blocks from them so it’s beyond convenient. Old Fig is a lovely area of Fresno and we enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. They have made the AirB&B even more lovely than it was last year adding a towel warmer in the bathroom and new furniture and decor throughout. It’s a lovely home away from home and having the sweet dogs greeting us every time we return is an added bonus.

Loved our stay!! Host was always very responsive anytime we needed her. Loved staying here with our pets. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Had everything we needed for an extended stay…..so we even extended our dates and stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at the homestead. Each day, we explored Yosemite and loved coming back to the cozy home in the evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we especially enjoyed unwinding by the fire while reading the Yosemite books provided. Feeding the horses and having fresh eggs for breakfast added a special touch to our stay. Megan was incredibly responsive and suggested a great place for horseback riding, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Heather’s place is spacious, clean and comfortable. I sprained my ankle and was using crutches, so the bars by the toilet and in the shower room were really helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, and the hosts were fantastic—great at communicating quickly and were transparent about all fees upfront, which I really appreciated. The location was ideal, with plenty of local restaurants to explore, and grocery stores were just a short drive away. I would definitely love to return!

we made an impromptu stay due to a broken down vehicle, I'm actually considering this place again so my family can visit in the future. everything was great and the host was very friendly

Their thoughtful touches, like stocking commonly used items and clearly labeling everything in the home, made it effortless to find essentials—from dishes to the first aid kit and beyond. The neighborhood was peaceful and pristine, and we enjoyed taking in the lovely views from the backyard. As hosts, they were always available, incredibly friendly, and impressively detail-oriented. Rhonda’s place was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed while traveling and the property was beautiful.

This was a great retreat away from the bustle! The hot tub was comfy, all the towels and whatever we would have needed was already there. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with pantry staples. And the doggies and kiddos LOVED the freedom to explore a new place and get energy out. I had accidentally left an item there and they found it and mailed it back to me. Hope to come back again in warmer months and also enjoy the pool!

This was one of our best Air B&B stays ever! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful house! Best hot tub of our lives! Pristine and clear with the bestest jets in the most serene location. Kitchen was loaded with all the things we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. House was cozy, felt safe. King bed was super comfy! Basically we could live here forever!! Will definitely be coming back for another visit to this cute town and fabulous house! Thank you for letting us enjoy this space!

The Stewart family providing a very welcoming vacation house. We spent 3 nights at the house around Thanksgiving with two families, totaling 8 persons. It fitted us all very comfortably. There are many games and activities to do around the house. Our kids spent MANY hours outside on the huge trampoline in the front of the house, and playing with the foosball table inside the house. We also played soccer and baseball on the baseball field behind the house. So much fun! One day we made a roadtrip to Yosemite, which was a beautiful scenic 1.5hr drive away. The grownups and young-ones all enjoyed the hot tub under the very clear nightly starry sky! Wow so many stars!! We definitely recommend this house for group gatherings! The only downside we could think of was that there are no curtains installed in any of the bedrooms.
