Very good value for money, we had a great time at this hotel, which is faithful to what is offered, very well located in the city of Funchal, very welcoming, family-friendly and very well-equipped. Clear instructions, flexible check-in. I would highly recommend this for a stay on the island 👍

The accommodation offered by Elisa, a house of character, is ideally located about ten minutes walk from the old town and about twenty minutes walk from the port. Everything is easily accessible (tourist curiosities, catering points). The bedroom on the first floor was very nice (comfortable beds, window to the courtyards). Communication with Elisa was fluid. She gave us recommendations and responded promptly to any questions we had. Thank you so much Elisa!!

Great location, centrally located in Funchal. Everything within walking distance. Clean space, cleaning every day. Shared kitchen and small outdoor space are great for socializing. The communication was very kind and friendly. I had booked a room for myself, which was optimal.

The MoRe Guesthouse is a lovely place in Machico. All rooms are beautifully designed and each has it's own characteristic theme. Ruben, the owner, is a really nice and helpful guy with awesome tips of what to do and where to go. Hopefully we will find the time to visit this place again!

We really enjoyed our stay at MoRe a lot. The place is really pretty and cozy, and you can feel the host has put a lot of thought into how to design a place that caters perfectly to travelers. And the location is perfectly central in Machico. Couldn't have been better!

A cozy bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed, bedside tables, and a work desk with a chair. Soft lighting is provided by lamps on either side of the bed and a pendant light above. Fresh towels are neatly arranged on the bed.

too late, we were able to make the most of this place, but the breakfast prepared for us in a picnic basket that we could eat on the beach was a surprise of the day and maybe even a whole stay at Porto santo. Very nice employees, and although not always English, will do a lot and kind.

109 Funchal Hostel was wonderful. Friendly, personable and professional staff! They were accommodating to let us in early and also very responsive to communications. We loved the location that allow us to walk most places. I’d highly recommend.
