Great place and great hosts!

This is a nice place to stay. It has everything you'd need. It is a private, gated community. It has a guard at the entrance 24/7. It is a safe property, for sure. There are a lot of amenities in the community. Activities include basketball, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, swimming pools, and a gym. Additionally, there is 1 ChargePoint station for electric vehicles. It gets some use, not excessive. As for the actual rental unit, it is modern and clean. The unit has a patio that is directly on the water and it's really a great view. It's a little spendy but it comes with a lot of privacy and peace of mind.

Really enjoyed our week here. Agnes left the unit well stocked, clean, great location with amazing balcony overlooking the inlet. Great communication also.

Hidden Gem that is worth every penny! Beautiful place, so much more then we expected and better then pictures! Super close to beach, food, shops, walking paths, and perfect spot to everything you’d want to see in this whole area. Gated and office workers super nice, but our host had us prepared for all and was the most amazing person, helpful instantly even when we had to call. Top Notch, will be back again

My stay was excellent! The pictures matched the place perfectly and check in was flexible and easy. The area was quiet and walkable with plenty to do. The hosts are kind enough to leave beach amenities (chairs, tent, towels, etc) that were extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend enough!

Ann’s place was amazing. It was spotless and we immediately felt at home! The condo was well stocked which is very appreciated! The views from the front of the condo and balcony were just beautiful! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

GREAT LOCATION! It's not a night life spot. Beautiful views, Great neighborhood. Dolphins swimming off the back patio and AMAZING sunset out front. I highly recommend this BnB

Mathew was very on top of everything, quickly responded to anything we needed. very nice, cozy place to stay and very clean. Loved the beachy decor throughout the place. Had everything we could need for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, slept like a baby. Was a nice rec center next door with a pier. Got to see the most beautiful sunrises and dolphins every morning. The price for our week's stay was very affordable. I will definitely be booking with Mathew again.

The best apartment I have ever stayed in. It has everything you need for life and a beach holiday. Umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella from the rain, tennis rackets, golf clubs, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Perfect cleanliness, the best location and magnificent views from the balcony to the bay. Very quiet. Great beach. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. During my holiday I felt like home. I would definitely like to go back there again, and I also recommend this apartment to everyone.

My family has visited the Indian Shores area several times and Megan’s place was the absolute best hands down. Great location, beach is a 5 minute walk if not. She has EVERYTHING you need for your family to head your the beach - umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, beach cart, boogie boards, cooler etc. - we felt right at home. Lots of space in this condo and was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub in rear of condo were perfect. We had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to the next time already!

My group and I had an amazing time staying at the condo. Jon provided everything we needed and more, the location couldn’t get any better. We spent everyday at the beach only an elevator ride down from the unit. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely enjoy to have another stay.

Julia and Ryan’s attention to the smaller things that guests often don’t think about really left a lasting impression on us. This home was a gem! It is conveniently located to the beach and an excellent Turkish restaurant which I also highly recommend!! Our hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The hot tub and pool combo is a huge plus and the space is well laid out for a very chill and peaceful respite. We would 100 percent stay here again.

Wonderful two story townhouse. Host was very Friendly and communicative Felt like home from day one . Very equipped with everything you could need .We stayed for two weeks. We needed somewhere to stay because my mom has been ill and recovering from recently from surgery. My parents & Family live nearby but having our own Private space was Awesome. This location is Great and less than a hour to Tampa where we traveled frequently for my mother’s doctor’s appointments at Moffitt hospitals .

Janet's place was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided. Had everything to put together many meals during our stay. The swim spa was a nice treat in the evenings. Also located close to just about everything. Only 10-15 min drive to downtown and the beaches. Janet does live on property and outside is a shared space which didnt bother us at all. She was there whenever we needed anything and gave us our space at the same time. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as described! He was extremely flexible on arrival and departure time! Everything needed was in the house. We met one of the cats late at night coming in the house to eat he was extremely friendly our oldest little boy gave him lots of loving then he went on his way. The house is extremely spacious. The area is within 5min-30min drive of everything we wanted to do. Chris was very responsive in any questions I had and even helps by giving a video to work the hot tub! It was definitely a great value for the say and would highly recommend!

Nice big house with Manu rooms and big open space. perfect for group or big family. Well equip for cooking. Close to the beach ans restaurants.
