Vacation rentals with beach access in Madeira Beach

This was a great place for us to stay on Clearwater Beach! Quick 2 minute walk to the beach and it was very easy to find. It was clean and perfect for our quick stay

This was a amazing home to stay at! Very clean and comfortable. We stayed a week and it was the perfect size. we felt safe having our three year old there the whole time and was a very small walk to the beach. I would recommend staying if your going to be staying in the area.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Nice clean quiet place full of amenities, everything we needed was there. The host was quick with addressing our issue with the coffee maker. The beach really is just across the street!

This is the place for you if you are looking for beautiful beach, beautiful sunsets! It’s clean, has everything you need! My visit was right after the hurricane so the entire coast was a mess, there was some noise that I’m sure isn’t usually there. (Generator, pool pumps, machinery moving sand) But none of that stopped me from enjoying my coffee outside! I will be going back!

We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

Perfect little getaway! Loved the private pool area and just steps away from the beach! All needed amenities were available…wagon, chairs, towels, toys, etc! The outdoor shower was a huge plus, helping keep the sand minimal when returning from the beach! Loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

We’ve stayed at this location twice. This being our second time we knew when we were looking for houses in this area this had to be the one again. Plenty of space for guests, fun game room, clean, and quick walk to the beach. Would absolutely book here again.

Hannah was a wonderful host very helpful, kind, and quickly answered any question we had! Her husband was very nice and offered tons of recommendations of good places to eat. We were able to walk across the street to the beach within minutes and there’s lot of restaurants nearby. Also really enjoyed the back porch and beach supplies provided. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a meal & inside is exactly like the pictures and offers an especially cozy home-y vibe. Would highly recommend if your considering staying at here :)

We loved staying at Jimmy's beach house. It was only 2 blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance of a delightful French bakery and a bar and grill. We loved using the hot tub and had many family dinners around the big table in the living/dining room. We'd recommend Jimmy's house to anyone -- especially families looking for a great place for a family reunion. Jimmy was a fantastic host.

Charming historic house updated with modern amenities. house was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed for two weeks and hosts were very proactive and made sure any issues were solved quickly.

There was a mix up at check in, so the room wasn't ready. However, Stacia called me within minutes of my contacting her and arrived on site within 5 minutes. We went out for dinner while they cleaned the room and got everything ready. She was sooooo apologetic and gave us a complementary upgrade to their other 2 bedroom rental. Her responsiveness made all the difference in the world. I have rented multiple Airbnb units and never had such a responsive host! The room was very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and bath. They even supplied beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen and shampoo! It was an easy walk to the beach. Parking is tight, so make sure to bring only one small to medium sized vehicle! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Stacia!

We stayed here for a family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids. The house was beautiful, walking distance from the beach. FYI Reddington Beach does not allow tents of any kind on the beach. Only umbrellas.

My family and I just spent a fantastic beach vacation at Jessica’s place. The space is lovely and great for visiting, the beds and furniture are comfortable and ample, we cooked up a storm in the well stocked kitchen. We spent lots of time at the beach, a two minute walk, using the perfect beach gear at Jessica’s including chairs, shade, towels, everything you need. We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back. Thank you Jessica for everything!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do the view justice. Being able to walk directly onto the beach was amazing! the sunsets were absolutely stunning!

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Great location. Beautiful views. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Very responsive host - Peter kept us informed throughout hurricane clean-up, which we very much appreciated. The unit is comfortable, but there are a few signs of wear and tear. It's also not as well stocked as some of the other units we've stayed in - be sure to pack shower gel or soap! All in all, though, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time staying at this location, and it again did not disappoint! From the welcome basket, to the cleanliness, and of course the amazing sunsets…we had an amazing time. Hosts are super friendly and very responsive. We will def stay again in the future!
