Monthly Rentals in Luddington in the Brook

Had a really nice 4-night stay at the Locke Inn. Easy check in, was shown around the property and made to feel right at home. Property is in a prime position to walk into the Oundle, with a local supermarket in a few hundred yards away. Thanks again for a very comfortable stay.

Caroline couldn't have been more responsive and kind in her communication with me, answering all my questions and making me feel very confident we'd made the right choice before we even arrived. Her lovely, spacious, quirky but homely and comfortable house certainly didn't disappoint. There were very welcome treats greeting us on arrival in the bright and well equipped kitchen, and a quick exploration of the house before we headed out to look around Oundle (the town is literally on the doorstep), confirmed that we had a lovely space to return to and enjoy that evening. I particularly enjoyed the decor and abundance of interesting books and was a little sad not to have more time to relax with a novel on the vast and comfy sofa. The bedroom is huge and airy and I slept soundly in the mass of good quality bedding. The bathroom is neat and clean and the shower was hot and powerful, with nice products available to use. We had everything we needed (and more) for a lovely weekend stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was less than 24 hours as I was in the area for a friends event but the accommodation was good and had everything I needed. It was clean and well equipped. Sandra was a friendly and responsive host. The village is very pretty with a very inviting looking pub! I wish I could have stayed longer.

My partner and I had the most perfect weekend staying here. We felt instantly at home and it was so quiet, we could have been in the middle of nowhere. We loved everything about it, and enjoyed a long country walk without having to drive anywhere. The host, Emily, was so lovely, allowing me to arrive one hour before our official check-in time, as I wanted to prepare things ready, as it was a surprise birthday weekend.
