we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

This cosy apartment in Koolunga House was the perfect home-from-home for 5-weeks during a local work placement. The location was ideal, far enough away from the business of Great Yarmouth, but close to local shops, food spots and a walk along the river to Gorleston's lovely sandy beach and cliffs - great for coffee and dog spotting! The house has endless character and the balcony was a dreamy escape - both during the day overlooking the lush garden and dragonflies, and in the evenings for spotting stars and fireworks in the distance. The owners and house manager were a message away and really helpful. I would absolutely stay at Koolunga House again if I’m ever back in the area.✨

A perfect stay for 3 or 4 people, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could have wanted. Moments from the seafront and a short walk into the centre of town. What more could we want?

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, excellently refurbished and superbly located. Vicky was very helpful and replied to messages quickly. We really enjoyed ourselves - best Air B&B ever!

we could not want more from this stay... the location was perfect for our needs with the beach and promenade attractions being so close and yet still quiet enough at night. The flat it self was comfortable, light and airy which made recovering from the days activities easy and pleasant 🤓

Entrance at the back so need to approach from the side rd, not Bells Rd. Parking spaces hard to find (on Sunday), and the roads are very narrow. Parking both sides then just enough room to get a car through, probably not a van or big 4x4. Excellent flat, very clean and spacious. Small bedroom is just that, small but adequate for a single. Other two bedrooms large and v. nice. Bathroom good, electric shower unit looked well used but worked perfectly. Lounge/kitchen diner area, very good. Overall, had an excellent time and would certainly book this flat again. Thanks Jason.

We had a wonderful weekend at Mike’s place in Dunwich, right by the sea and surrounded by gorgeous woodland. We even tried out the local sauna by the sea, and had a (extremely quick) dip in the sea (in November!) The kitchen had everything you could possibly hope for, the bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, and the living areas are super welcoming and really nice to spend time in. There was also ample hot water which is a massive plus!!We couldn’t have asked for more! Mike’s instructions helped us find the cottage easily, and the comprehensive welcome guide has everything you need to know. A great place for a group of friends, couples, or families. It’s quiet for cosy nights in, and close to lots of places should you wish to go out. We would definitely come again.

A lovely house for a winter beach weekend. The house is pristine, modern, cosy and tastefully decorated. Located in a quiet area and a one minute walk to a children's park and the beach. 10 minutes to Lowerstoft and the beautiful Carlton Marshes and a 10 minute drive from Southwold.

Little Tern is beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished & very comfortable. We had lots of room for our family of 4 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs, the kitchen was very well equipped & plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge. It is a short walk to the sandy local beach which is great for dog walks, the local pub Fishermans Return serves great food & the local Fish & Chip shop food was very tasty. A visit to Horsey Gap not far away is a must to see the beautiful seals & pups on the beach. Overall Little Tern is lovely accommodation in a beautiful area. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Emma's place in Southwold. The house was well designed and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with tableware and utensils, we only cooked breakfast but there was everything you would need to cook should you wish to. Great location with just a short walk down a lane to the beach which was great with our dog. Free on street parking we always could park outside.

We had a lovely weekend in a stunning house with very hospitable hosts. The welcome basket on arrival was an unexpected treat and very much appreciated. The house itself is spacious and modern with 3 big double bedrooms. The living area is very comfortable to relax in with a large screen TV, a range of games to play and a bookcase of great reads on a variety of subjects. The kitchen and dining area is again a pleasant and spacious area and very well done. On the edge of Winterton on Sea it is a great location and a short drive from Hemsby or Great Yarmouth. The local pub, the Fisherman’s Return, is friendly and welcoming with fantastic food. Overall a great stay and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

We only spent three days at The Lite House, but loved every minute of our stay in what is a fabulous, well-designed, spacious property in a great spot overlooking Kessingland beach. Such a relaxing place to spend time, whether you're lounging around inside or on the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

We had everything we needed and the house was clean and homely - we didn’t want to leave! Penny is a fantastic host, so easy to communicate with and really friendly and helpful. I’m sure we will be back!

Noor was very helpful. Place was clean and tidy. Comfy beds and clean carpet. He received us himself and helped us in parking. Right opposite to the river. There is an old ship opposite to the road with free entry. Just a mile away from the beach. Overall very happy

A lot of care and thought has gone into setting up this place. Well equipped kitchen, toys and boards games for children of various ages (ours were especially delighted by the giant box of Lego and the star projector), tasteful decor and views from the windows. You can see the beach from the windows - it was that close! Also many other less crowded beaches within 15-30 minutes drive nearby. We were very impressed and had a very comfortable stay. Emma was friendly and helped us with parking and check in. Thank you Emma!

Went for a party but pleasantly surprised, I know the area around Long Stratton very well but found the whole stay relaxing and very pleasant Annetta is a superb host and was there when needed for a cooker indecent The Hot Tub was great and the horses etc very friendly and we used the treats supplied There is no microwave so found making our morning fruit and porridge with a milky coffee for 2 on an Induction cooker a trial of time when a microwave is a lot quicker but can be done of course, we never used the washer & dryer but they are there. I used the Shower my husband the Bath all washing creams , jels etc there for use There is some breakfast produce available and eggs plentiful and very fresh and I’m sure if there was something you need ed just ask before arrival and it would be there if possible.

If I could give Sea Mist 6 stars, I would. It’s perfectly located in a lovely village and Elaine has taken so much trouble to make it really quite luxurious. Spotlessly clean, bright, spacious and cosy. Lovely Christmas decorations were such a thoughtful touch along with the yummy treats Elaine left including crumpets and jam. I’ve never stayed in an AirBnB with such a well equipped and stylish kitchen, and having Netflix on both TVs was such a treat. Toiletries to use in the bathroom were such a surprise and very useful if you forget your shampoo like I did! The outside space wasn’t used as it’s December but in warmer months it would be great to have this private area to relax in, and to have the parking space as well was excellent. Thank you Elaine, I will certainly be back at some point.

Used as a base for working in the area. Exactly what we needed - clean, spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay and we'll be back again next time we're in the area.

Fantastic short break. Right in the town so easy to walk to the shops, beach, pubs and harbour. Would definitely stay again 😊

Absolute gem of a spot if you want to be close to all the fun at Great Yarmouth, at a great and affordable price too! Lack of parking was easily managed (finding a local car park). Spacious place, even with 4 of us! Clean and tidy! Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Even booked an extra night! Will be back! Thank you! :)
