Beach condo vacation rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

A very spacious one bedroom apartment. Clean and tidy. Nice furniture. Not cluttered. Full, roomy kitchen. Plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware. You can see the ocean from the living room and the bedroom. Easy access to the beach just across the street. Location convenient to almost anything you would like to do on a beach vacation. I definitely will try to rent this apartment next time we are in Panama City Beach.

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

We enjoyed our stay at Doug and Mary’s place. The view from the patio/balcony was our favorite part! We had easy access to the pools and the beach was so close, just a few steps away! The kitchen was well equipped and had a parking pass, what more could you ask for :)

Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

Jane and I are traveling snowbirds. Staying many places over a 3 month stay-cation getaway from the frigid north. The home was perfect for us! Everything we needed in a place we loved. Would love to come back!! Jake and Jane

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

This was the perfect place for us to take our two dogs to the beach for the first time! It was very dog friendly.. I feel like everyone staying there had a pup with them! It was only like a 3 minute drive to the dog beach and very close to the dog park as well. Also very close to shopping and food options. The bed was very comfortable!! Everything about their place is very intentional!! Jeff was also very responsive and helpful getting the tv logged into YouTube Tv one night! We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!!

We found Jeremy to be very responsive to our questions , and was very accommodating to us with allowing us an early check in. Everything we needed was there, we just needed to show up. Beautiful location right on the Gulf , with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return here next winter!!

This place was extremely clean. Truly less than a minutes walk to the beach. You can see the Gulf from the front windows, but it’s not directly at the beach which added some great privacy while having quick access when you want to go. It’s well furnished and had a great kitchen. Set up is great for pets. Truly loved staying here. This location is awesome.

The condo was just as pictured. We had plenty of room for our large family. Best of all was the huge balcony and being only steps from the beach. It was lovely to sit of the morning and evening soaking up the sounds and sights of the ocean from such a perfect spot.

My family and I have made it a tradition to go to the Emerald Coast for Thanksgiving. I am happy to say that this was another great year in the books. Joseph's place was perfectly located with beautiful views of the beach. Every morning, we were able to sit out on the porch and watch the dolphins and sting rays swim by. The designated beach area was quiet, clean, and easy to get to. The condo itself was perfect for the five of us. It was clean and well decorated. The location was also fairly quiet, since there is no one above. If we end up back in Panama City Beach, I would love to stay in Joseph's place again! Thanks!

Great place to stay for a family with smaller kids. Our kids loved their room and going to the beach. The view is amazing and the sunsets were awesome!

Great place. Beyond beautiful from the 11th floor balcony. Spent a lot of time looking out to the horizon. And the sounds of the waves at night is amazing. For my first time ever going to the beach this place blew me away. Super clean and super close to everything around so much that’s it’s all walking distance. Will definitely be back next year and more to come.

Our stay here was a very nice experience! The view was breathtaking, and one of my favorite parts about the condo. It had a cozy vibe, family friendly feel. The decorations were very asthetic and really helped with the overall look. The bathrooms and bedroom were clean and neat. We had a great time.

Great place, love this complex. Easy walk to Rosemary Beach and Alyce Beach. Not far from the beach private access, nice pool area. Super convenient!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Panama City Beach! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The unit was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything was just as expected, and I truly appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the space was. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beachfront stay!

I was very pleased with everything. The view was stunning, the bed was comfortable, and the home had upgraded appliances, flooring, and countertops. You could tell they really take care of this property and it showed. I have traveled a good bit and I appreciated the little things like the note and the extra supplies within the home in the kitchen- it really made it feel like you were staying at a friend's home. My only complaint was that I wanted to stay a little longer, but it was already booked. :D
