Beach condo vacation rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

Our 3rd stay at Doug & Mary's place which is all you need to know. Frankly we are disappointed they let anyone else stay there. The balcony view, the comfortable couches, the very comfortable bed are all awesome. And I will note we visit in January and really enjoy the uncrowded streets and beaches. Doug & Mary very responsive to any questions but we had zero issues. We are fans.

This condo was immaculately clean & exactly as pictured/described. They have extra towels, games and even a few beach chairs to use. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable too. AC kept a nice temperature at all times.

We enjoyed our stay. Look forward to returning.

Had an amazing time staying in this beachfront retreat! Jeff was extremely responsive and went out of his way to make sure that my stay was perfect. Do yourself a favor and book this amazing retreat away from it all. Great restaurants in walking distance and you absolutely cannot beat the sunsets!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay in Panama City! The views , the space and the communication between Nina was exceptional. My husband and I are quite picky where we stay, as we have traveled to alot of places and stayed in some amazing airbnbs and this one is at the top of our list. Can’t wait to come back and see that view from the balcony again!

Stay was great! The unit itself was great. You really can’t beat an oceanfront view! The upgrades in the unit were nice and it was perfect being on the 5th floor, same as the skyway to parking so that you didn’t have to potentially use 2 sets of elevators. I’ve enjoyed Grand Panama itself each time I’ve stayed. Guest are respectful and it’s generally pretty quiet. There were lots of dogs during the time we were there but it wasn’t an issue. Jeremy was also great and super responsive to everything. We’d definitely stay again!

This place was extremely clean. Truly less than a minutes walk to the beach. You can see the Gulf from the front windows, but it’s not directly at the beach which added some great privacy while having quick access when you want to go. It’s well furnished and had a great kitchen. Set up is great for pets. Truly loved staying here. This location is awesome.

We had a great stay at Billy and Ivy's condo. The location was perfect right on the beach front. Waking up everyday to the ocean views were amazing. They provide a ton of amenities in the condo. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They also provide a cart so you don't have to carry everything. They were also extremely proactive with communication and quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow. Wonderful, wonderful wonderful. That about sums it up! This place was over the top beautiful inside. The detail that they went to in decorating this place created an experience of being in an aquarium, while being in a very lovely and comfortable condo on the beach! In addition, the outside seating area, along with the eating area outside is so relaxing, and wonderful. Plus, there was an unbelievable shower experience, which I did not think I would appreciate because I am a simple person, but it was over the top in their remodeled shower!In addition, there was a wonderful tub in the second bathroom for soaking. I did not think I would be crazy about the bed, because we tend to like firm… But the cushy bed was super comfortable. This place was designed to feel extravagant and comfortable! I would recommend this to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. The view from the balcony was beautiful and my daughter’s favorite memory from the trip was sitting out there every morning together. Tons of great restaurants and shopping within an easy, short walk and big box stores less than a 5 minute drive. Beach access was easy and the pool was heated and comfortable even this time of year. Made for a very relaxing week away from home!

I recently booked a Gulf-view penthouse through Airbnb for my twins’ 17th birthday, and it was an incredible experience. The panoramic views of the Gulf were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire space was beautifully decorated with luxurious gold accents, making it feel extra special. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We spent most of our time on the large balcony, soaking in the stunning Gulf scenery and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was the ideal spot for our family to unwind and celebrate together. The amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time without needing to leave. This penthouse was the perfect setting for a memorable birthday weekend. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special getaway!

We had an amazing stay, perfect size and lication. Lots of walkable resturants and bars. Place was comfortable, clean & safe. We were cut short by 1 dat as Milton was due to hit landfall. Will definitely stay again.

Kevin’s unit at Sugar Beach is a fantastic PCB location with easy, private access to the beautiful beach, walkable to great restaurants, and nice views of both the Gulf and the pond. Kevin is a great host - very responsive and worked hard to get our WiFi issue resolved. The condo has space to spread out and was a comfortable location for our month-long stay. The pictures of the view are accurate and don’t do it justice. Sitting on either balcony, we sipped our morning coffee while we listened to the Gulf waves, watched turtles sun themselves on the pond’s floating platform, and observed a Great blue heron fishing in the pond directly below us. We had the best of both worlds (sea and shore). The condo was nicely furnished, plenty of dishes, utensils, towels, etc. The balcony furniture was a little weather worn, but it happens quickly in that climate. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

My kids and I had a wonderful stay on the beach! Such a beautiful view. The bedroom layout is great, and lots of space to gather. Plenty to do nearby. Sumit was an excellent host. We would return!
