Vacation rentals with a balcony in Los Angeles

We had a great time in your nice apartment. It was very comfortable for us, my two kids shared the master bedroom and I slept in the other one. Everything was very smooth, the apartment has a lot of sunlight, and it has a really good vibe, we could feel ourselves at home. The laundry is right accross the street, the supermarket is right behind the house, so it was very easy to handle these things. I would definitely stay here next time too. Thanks for all!

Best place for a month living. We could get any foods from Costco, any materials from Target. The apartment was so clean and peaceful. The PATIO is a pool view, which is one of the unique aspect of this property.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Udo’s place for a little over a week and everything was great from beginning to end! Place was easy to find. Easy access. Upon arrival, the small radio was left on playing lovely music and some yummy treats. The pictures do this beautiful home no justice. We were able to park our small car on the driveway, which was great after a long day. The place is beautiful and welcoming and has everything you can ask for. Kitchen, living room area, great bathroom and comfy bedroom and lots of space for storage, access to laundry room and an absolutely beautiful garden. Many great areas to walk to as well! Highly recommend this amazing place! Thank You so much for everything Udo! Hope to be back one day.

We spent a wonderful days in Natalie's beautiful home. Everything was great, from the well stocked larder and fridge to the wonderful pool and hot tub. The location was perfect and we did not need a car - we took Uber if we were travelling any distance and there were nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. All-in-all a perfect place to stay!

My stay at Michele’s space was more like being hosted by a longtime friend rather than an Airbnb owner. Before I even arrived I was greeted by Michele’s distinct warmth via text to check my food preferences as she intended to stock the kitchen with fresh goods for my arrival. Not only did she personally show me around the space when I arrived, but the abundant array of fresh gourmet foods Michele provided were items I truly would have selected myself. This level of care and consideration invited me to embody a deeper sense of comfort and ease in the space. Beyond this, throughout my stay Michele’s kindness, hospitality, and care was truly unparalleled. Her generosity categorically touched my heart. To add more wonder, her beautifully curated and well appointed space revealed, birthed, and inspired new facets of my artistry in ways I could not have previously fathomed. I so look forward to enjoying Michele’s space the next time the Universe ushers me to LA ✨🌞🦋

The house was beautiful and clean, and the views were amazing getting to the house and from the balcony. Danielle was super helpful. We had an issue, and Danielle responded quickly with a solution. We definitely recommend you book this house; it’s worth it! 10/10

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this fully equipped home located in a great neighborhood. The garage spot was a tight fit but if did fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee which was surprising. We had some trouble falling asleep the first night due noise from traffic, but we quickly got used to it. Thank you for having us Bianca!

Victor was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home! The house was gorgeous and meticulously thought out design-wise. Combined with the peaceful neighborhood, it created the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Our stay was amazing, hosts were nothing but helpful! It got cold during our weekend in LA and the hosts brought us space heaters and really gave above and beyond customer service! Also, my friends and I are RAVING about the bed. Extremely comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! The bed was massive and could easily fit 3 people, but I used the pull out couch while my 2 friends took the bed, and even the pull out couch was comfy, and I would open the window shades at night to look out over the town and see the mountains when I wake up. We loved our stay!! Safe neighborhood also. No cons at all. Thank you Shannon and Raphael!
