Adorable Corner 1-Bedroom near Convention Center

MeghanRating, 5 stars58 months ago
This was an adorable spot in downtown Long Beach. The building was so quaint with the architecture of it. The one bedroom was actually a better size for me and my boyfriend versus a studio. I do highly recommend buying a parking pass to park on the premises since parking in the area is all pay parking anyway. Close walking distance to many restaurants and the promenade! The host had such fast communication and was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

European Studio Suite near LB Convention & Beach

Stayed at the Broadlind Hotel in mid April 2022 with my boyfriend. Beautiful room and awesome location. Room specs: comfortable queen sized bed, a small desk, a five drawer dresser, kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, stove and oven and two full length mirrors in the main room. We had a corner unit so there was lots of light. No elevator in the building as an fyi for heavy luggage. It did get a little noisy at night because it's near restaurants and bars but it wasn't too bad. The communication with the host was excellent. Only thing we requested were extra towels and they were provided right away. No keys are needed - just access codes to enter the hotel and the room itself. There are washers and dryers on the second floor as well as an adorable common room and patio. There is a grocery store/market right across the street as well as plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Our favorite two local spots were the Blind Donkey (a bar and they have a few arcade games and a photo booth) and the Breakfast Bar for brunch. Another spot a little further is Rose Park on the Pine, 800 Pine Ave. It's a coffee shop during the day and serves dinner at night. If you like seafood, check if they are serving local shrimp from TransparentSea Shrimp Farm - delicious shrimp! Thank you Broadlind Hotel!

Deluxe 1-Bedroom near Beach and Convention Center

ShereanRating, 5 stars33 months ago
Decent place. Overpriced, but so is everything right now so I didn’t hold it against the place, plus I booked pretty last min. Only complaint is the bathroom was super tiny and there was that old building smell, but it wasn’t terrible. Communication was fantastic. My daughter even accidentally locked us out of the bathroom and a woman who lives in the building was there in just a few min to help us out. I recommend.
The historic building showcases a brick exterior with arched windows and palm trees lining the street. Warm lights illuminate the entrance, highlighting the inviting atmosphere of the East Arts Village district. The surrounding area features illuminated street elements, contributing to the vibrant urban scene.

Suite near Disneyland

SavannahRating, 5 stars22 months ago
We LOVED our stay, and didn't want to leave! We spent 4 days in Anaheim, the unit was right around the corner from many dining options, grocery stores and a 7-11 and was also walkable distance to Disneyland. We were able to make our breakfast in the unit each day, and the coffee provided was nice and strong! Fully-stocked cabinets with dishes and silverware made for an easy morning. Check-in was super quick and easy, the concierge was helpful and offered us some complimentary drinks upon arriving. The property isn't too big, and it has a nice family atmosphere. We used the pool and hot tubs which were both very clean and a nice temperature, & it wasn't too busy or at any given time. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We had trouble working one of the TVs at one point, but someone was up to help in under 5 minutes. Coin-op laundry was only $1.50/ load which was great to use. The parking was well worth the valet fee, they were quick to deliver our car whenever needed.

Nice and charming spot! Close to everything! Restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Check-in was very smooth and there's even a little juice shop downstairs outside of the building (which I loved!). I love this place because it's just so close to everything. The morning views were perfect overlooking downtown Long beach. Can't wait to come back! Host responds very quickly. Overall, I had an awesome stay! Thank you!

Broadlind Hotel is such a cool space - Not often you find a cute hotel space that's easy to access and has a gas stove kitchen in the room. They were quick to respond to any concerns and everything was efficiently provided as amenities.. It's in a great area with lots to walk to. The keyless keypad codes are great. Definitely a solid place for the value! Highly recommend.

Deluxe Apartment in Ҡօɾҽąէօաղ

KeniaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My friends and I came for weekend in LA for a j-hope concert and chose this location due to proximity to the venue, the walkable amenities and affordable rental rate. The rental was spacious enough for us. We especially enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We walked to nearby restaurants & the supermarket across the street as well as a few blocks away to shop for kbeauty products. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues w one of the keyfobs while locking/unlocking the front door and so we contacted the person at the front desk by phone but, they never got back to us about checking on it & solving the issue. However, we were able to get assistance & clarification very quickly the following day when we went directly to the rental office. The check in and checkout was simple. The video attachments sent by the host were helpful. The apartment was clean/comfortable. Thk u to Ciyar for the quick response to questions and for making the process easy.
The exterior of the Broadlind Hotel is highlighted, featuring a charming brick facade and arched windows. Palm trees frame the scene, while soft lighting illuminates the ground floor, showcasing nearby shops and eateries. A peaceful evening ambiance is set with gentle street lighting.

Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Long Beach area! The team is SUPER communicative and the room was quaint and perfect. It's a small space for sure, but it was perfect for what we needed. The hotel overall was also very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood around it was also the same—full of locals and life happening. Definitely recommend!
