Vacation rentals with a balcony in Los Angeles County

We had a great time in your nice apartment. It was very comfortable for us, my two kids shared the master bedroom and I slept in the other one. Everything was very smooth, the apartment has a lot of sunlight, and it has a really good vibe, we could feel ourselves at home. The laundry is right accross the street, the supermarket is right behind the house, so it was very easy to handle these things. I would definitely stay here next time too. Thanks for all!

Drew’s place was perfect. It was very comfortable with nice furnishings in a newer constructed building. The unit and the property were really well maintained. The gym was well equipped and new. Working with Drew was a pleasure. He was communicative, responsive, and made my stay easy and pleasant.

We had a lovely stay here in December for our honeymoon. There was great communication from our host prior to our stay. The apartment is beautiful and exactly how described, if anything it was bigger than I was anticipating. The apartment was also well placed for us to drive to both Downtown LA, explore the beaches along the coastline and go to Disneyland. We have said we will return to LA again and will definitely look to stay in this apartment again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

My stay at Michele’s space was more like being hosted by a longtime friend rather than an Airbnb owner. Before I even arrived I was greeted by Michele’s distinct warmth via text to check my food preferences as she intended to stock the kitchen with fresh goods for my arrival. Not only did she personally show me around the space when I arrived, but the abundant array of fresh gourmet foods Michele provided were items I truly would have selected myself. This level of care and consideration invited me to embody a deeper sense of comfort and ease in the space. Beyond this, throughout my stay Michele’s kindness, hospitality, and care was truly unparalleled. Her generosity categorically touched my heart. To add more wonder, her beautifully curated and well appointed space revealed, birthed, and inspired new facets of my artistry in ways I could not have previously fathomed. I so look forward to enjoying Michele’s space the next time the Universe ushers me to LA ✨🌞🦋

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The place was clean and well-maintained. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the nice mountain view surrounding the house. Danielle is a great host. She was very responsive, answering all my questions and ensuring I had a seamless stay.

This is the most interesting Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I loved it so much! As a host, Kari was very hospitable and always responsive. She had great energy, and I was impressed by how creative she was in designing and decorating her studio. The studio is pop-art themed and equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay, whether you stay a few days or longer than a month. It has a fun vibe, and it’s clear every detail has been carefully thought out. The bathroom was my favorite. It had a trippy vibe and was squeaky clean. The patio was also wonderful. It’s a very peaceful spot to work from or relax. As for the location, it is right in the center of Silver Lake, one of LA’s most popular neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee shops and movie theaters are all within walking distance. And Hollywood, Echo Park, DTLA are very close by. All in all, my stay at Kari’s was a 10/10. I highly recommend her place!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

I have been using air bnb for year and Paulina was by far the best host we have ever had. Not only was her place perfect for our family, but it was in such a great location! We were able to see and do so many things without driving hours to each location. My in laws came in on a separate flight and she was extremely accommodating with check in and check out! I highly recommend Paulina’s home if you’re looking to stay in LA and have a wonderful time!

Loved the house and location, walking distance as to Rodeo Dr Beverly Hills. Pavilions grocery store 2 blocks down, we felt at home, lovely cottage style home. Host was amazing actually, very responsive and nothing was an issue.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

Shannon and Raphael were gracious guests. We arrived late and needed to do some laundry. We politely asked, and despite it being past laundry hours, they obliged, which we were very thankful for.

Thanks so much Zack and Malibu Suites team! The place was beautiful. Pictures were accurate and location can't be beat. If you enjoy hearing the ocean crash at your doorstep and fizzle back out then you can't find a better spot. We have traveled to many places and beaches.... this is the closest oceanfront you'll find in the states. Great communication from start to finish. Very responsive to anything we needed. We had a wonderful time with family and friends in beautiful southern California. So peaceful. Malibu has become a random, surprise favorite. We liked the house a lot -- location and size was great! Wendy was responsive to our questions and needs. There was a little hiccup in the beginning but it was airbnb which needs to work on syncing better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely pick this place again if we drop by Newport. Thanks Wendy! :)

We had such a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the place and the location. We are home shopping and feel that this area can’t be beat.

4th time with this host and accommodation. Great Malibu location and great coastal views right outside the patio, also glad to see they made a few quick updates to the place since our last visit.
