This was our 2nd stay we loved it so much our first visit. Felt right at home.

Large family home in safe quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive when we needed help.

We had a great time staying at Josh & Kim's place! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable beds, ample amount of bathrooms, and gorgeous views!! Josh and Kim are super responsive and made communication a breeze. Thanks for letting us do a late check out-- we really appreciate it!! Our five family members, all adults, had plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to be together. It was a lovely home with a gorgeous kitchen, and it was tastefully decorated for the holidays.

E’s place is great! They accommodated us last minute and we were so appreciative. The home is spotless, comfortable, accessible to all the restaurants and wineries, and even walking distance to a cafe. The home looks just like the photos, beds are comfortable, and it’s a great home base to explore this beautiful region. We will for sure be back!

Girls trip for New Years. We debated house vs hotel. Ultimately decided on house so we had a common area to relax and chat. We knew we were going to visit wineries in Santa Ynez and spend some time in Santa Barbara so the location was ideal. Steve’s house was perfect for us. Absolutely no constructive feedback. About 20 minutes into Santa Barbara but we’re from Houston…we drive 20 minutes to put gas in the car. Will 100% rent again.

Loved this place. Spent Christmas there with my parents and our dogs. Plenty of space, great location, and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect house for our family for a weekend getaway before Christmas time. We had the pleasure of staying in this charming house with 3 little ones under 3 years old and there were plenty of toys and trinkets to keep them entertained. They loved the kitchen nook and the small dining area just for them. There was a crib and pack and play ready for assembly if you needed them along with sheets. Every room was so clean, every bathroom spotless with multiple towels and toilet paper available. The kitchen really had everything necessary. The backyard was large, with beautiful views and lots of privacy and relaxing vibes. Overall, i would highly recommend this house for anyone who’s looking to stay in and enjoy a calm getaway or is looking for adventures nearby, including the charming town of Solvang and countless of vineyards and wineries.

This cute beach rental is perfect for a couple or a couple with kids. The sleeping arrangements were varied, and that helped with the kids. Very cute cottage that was walkable to thrift shops and casual eateries. Molly and Justin are very communicative and their conscientiousness made our stay a great one.

Absolutely stunning property, beautifully landscaped. Super quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife if you take the time to look and listen. Elise is an incredible host, great proactive communication, very accommodating, with a genuine interest in guests and making sure they enjoy the area. Highly recommend we will be back.

Great location right near the beach with tons of activities that you can possibly do. House itself is great for a larger group, with lots of bedrooms and off-street parking in the driveway and garage. Clean and well maintained, the space was nice to visit on a weekend with a good full kitchen. Would recommend!

The place was amazing and the host was proactive and responsive!

We wanted a location to bring family together, for quiet visiting time and wine tasting and celebrating our son’s 45th birthday. Chrystine’s Willow Farm-style home provided us just what we needed. The bedrooms accommodated our 3 couples and grandson nicely, provided space to share family meals, visit and play board games. The location was only minutes from the wineries we wanted to visit and walking distance to Santa Ynez’s old town. Chrystine’s thoughtfulness was exceptional, including a s’mores station and hot chocolate bar which were highlights for our grandson. Pair the facilities, location and hospitality and this is a real winner.

Violet was responsive and extremely nice. The house was perfect for my family. It’s really clean and bright and the beds were really comfortable. The location allowed us to visit Los Olivos, Pismo Beach and Paso Robles. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Michael, Eleanor and Violet for being such great hosts!

There were 4 in our party and we all loved Kris’ place. We enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness and great views. It was a delight to come back to the house after a day of sight seeing and we all agree that we want to come again. Thanks for hosting us Kris

The place was beautiful, and Harvey & Darlene are very kind, helpful, and clear with everything. Incredibly accommodating hosts, very neat Victorian home, quite comfy beds, and a warm-at home feeling. We couldn't be more appreciative of our hosts and place. Thank you!

We stayed at Brent and Jo's place over NYE, and it was a great choice. The house was clean when we got there, and we know how difficult that can be as pet owners. We loved how close to the ocean this house is - and it really does feel like a house, there's a ton of character! Our local friends came over for dinner one night, and their 3yo daughter had endless fun trying to find all the octopi hidden around the house. 10/10 would stay here again!

Our stay at this charming and unique home in Arroyo Grande was fantastic! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the house and backyard. They especially loved exploring the toys , We also had the pleasure of meeting Felix, the famous, attention-seeking cat !!. The home was impeccably maintained, with everything thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy bedrooms to the living areas. I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Truly an amazing property. Loved seeing the deer and the bobcat in the mornings. I felt like I was in Yellowstone. The place was fully stocked with everything you need. Felt like we were at home. This place is fully furnished and every kitchen appliance and utensils you would ever need. Erin’s place is exceptional beautiful. Thank you for sharing this property with us.

The accommodations were clean, cozy, and private, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for everyone to enjoy. The game room was a huge hit with everyone! From the patio, the view of the valley is breathtaking, and gathering around the firepit was the perfect way to wrap up each day. We're already chatting about our plans for next year, and I can’t wait to go back and try to beat my high score in skeeball!

Great stay and host

We stayed here with a group of friends and two pups and had the best time. The property recently went through a renovation and you can just see the amount of love and care that went into it. The house was well equipped with everything you’d need, and was beyond comfortable. We appreciated the fine details that went into the decor, and you can tell that the owners wanted to showcase both the history of the home and give it modern comforts. We would happily stay here again! Jen was extremely responsive and we had the best time.

Gaurav’s place was clean, accessible easily and as described in the photos. We had a little snafu while checking in but Gaurav was quick to respond even though it was past 11 PM. Recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at John and Julie’s place . It was so comfortable and every possible detail had been thought through and was so well organised . Everything works and there is every convenience that you could want. The beds were super comfy , the kitchen was well stocked, the sofa bed was easy to use . It also has the added benefit of a ping pong table in the garage and an axe throwing game that my son loved , plus board games . Was great for relaxing after a day in the car . They had fantastic efficient washer and dryer which was so appreciated. The house is well located in a pretty town and the house itself has lovely views . We only wish we had more time and we would have used the hot tub! We have been travelling for nearly six weeks now and we have come to learn what counts in terms of accommodation - our stay at John and Julie’s was one of our most enjoyable on our trip . We would highly recommend !
