Vacation rentals in Los Alamos

Gina and Patrick’s communications were great - they responded to our questions right away. Check in was easy and the house was very clean. Their house setting was perfect for our group, especially for children. They had fun in the kids room as well as the game room. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen was equipped with lots of pots and pans and many dishes, cups, and utensils. Our group cooked very meal. The jacuzzi was clean and we had relaxing moments there. The house was located near the beach, sand dunes, and monarch butterfly cove, and also major grocery stores. There’s a private property attached at the back but we did not hear any noise (we did see the tenants but they were friendly.) if we plan another visit to Pismo Beach area, we’ll definitely rent this property again. Five star property, five star host, and five star experience. Thank you!

I haven't been liking Airbnbs as of recent due to their general lack of cleanliness and overall lower standards than normal hotels. Especially larger spaces, always typically lacked maintenance. Julie's Vacation Spot was the absolute complete opposite. Every nook and cranny was clean and clear of dust & debris. The hardwood floors were super clean. Bathrooms all had bidets, were clean and fully operational. The house had every 'upgrade' possible, from electric blinds to quality kitchen appliances to a flat top, grill AND smoker in the back. The hot tub is hydraulic open and close. Alexas in every single room made is awesome for automations. The kitchen was SO well stocked and NONE were scratched/in bad condition. It felt like everything was brand new, or only a few uses away from brand new. The garage was in use, with cars, games and excellent storage. This space was an absolute pleasure to host a friendsgiving at, everybody felt comfortable and at home and plenty of space!

Laurie’s place was perfect for our family of four adults and four children. The bedroom layout was perfect for everyone and plenty of areas for grandchildren to play games, read, watch tv and take naps. The highlight was the dining accommodations for our daughter’s family to join us for Thanksgiving - 15 people and 15 chairs between the dining table and the island! Great family celebration was enjoyed by all. Another bonus were the farm animals - chickens, horses, goats and pig- which the grandchildren loved. Laurie kept in touch to answer questions and help with any issues we had. Great place for family gatherings and thankful to discover it!

One of the best hostess, very responsive, beautiful garden patio, nice neighbors, great location near shops and grocery store. Kids even walked to the shopping area. Airbnb has rescue cats that are on the property that keep to themselves but please lookout for them under your vehicles, the grey one liked to lounge by my wheels. Highly recommend!

We loved it here! The area had plenty of parking, the rooms were plentiful and spacious, and there were goats nearby! The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the big living room meant spending time lounging around or discussing what we wanted to do for the day was done so comfortably and enjoyably. The area was also secluded, giving a escape-type feel. 100% perfect for a weekend getaway.

Our stay was amazing!! We’re already making plans to come back. It was super cozy, clean, quiet. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We came for a girls trip & we had a blast. It was a little chilly for us so we didn’t use the backyard much apart from taking pictures but the space is great! The beds, linen & couch were all comfy! We brought so many extra things thinking we were going to need them(because of past trips) but we didnt need anything! Everything was wonderful quality. Thank you sooo much! We can’t wait to be back!

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!

Our family had not been able to gather for a few months. This home and the property was perfect. The home itself was clean, beautifully remodeled and appointed with nice decorating touches. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and new. Kitchen had everything needed so we could cook. With three grandchildren under seven eating out isn't always an option so having a kitchen with many items was very much appreciated. Loved the dining room with big windows that looked out onto the property. Fireplace adds charm because it is for both the family room area and front covered porch. Games and a few toys were a plus. The outside property is outstanding. Beautiful views of the grape vines and trees. Many areas to sit outside and a grass area where the kids could play. A hammock was perfect for a nap. Adirondack chairs all around are well placed. The fire pit was the perfect place to make smores. And the family enjoyed the wood barrel spa. Our family definitely wants to return.
