House vacation rentals in Santa Barbara County

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Stayed here for a few nights and the house is really wonderful! Had everything we needed and a personal touch.

We had a great time, perfect space for our group (13 people). Plus, we super appreciated the baby amenities they had available. The crib, changing table and high chair made my husband and I’s life a lot easier. They communicated well when we had to call with a time-sensitive question & answered on the AirBNB messenger in a timely matter.

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

This place was absolutely amazing and magical. Definitely above and beyond our expectations. It was very nice, quiet and the nature was incredible. The host was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we were having a great experience. We’re very grateful that she opened up her place for us. Everything was perfect! Would definitely do this again!

Hillary’s place was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by incredible scenery. There were so many amazing wineries nearby, which made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back again soon!

The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches, and nestled in such a peaceful setting. It truly felt like a retreat. Heidi’s home provided a wonderful vacation home base for my family’s vacation. Heidi and Susie were very friendly and responsive from booking through check-out. Everything in the home was as described. Worth paying extra to have the pool heated and when any glitches came up, they responded quickly and effectively. Great location and very comfortable, well stocked house! The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. My entire family agreed we would definitely return to this rental for our annual Santa Barbara trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

This place was awesome! Peter is great, he showed us around when we arrived and was very responsive to messages. The place was super cool, we especially loved the ping pong table downstairs and the volleyball net outside. It had everything we needed and made for a fun retreat for our club!

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

We had a nice, short stay at this property. The home was clean, functional, and had everything we needed for a quick trip. It was a comfortable place to return to after spending the day out exploring the area. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Catherine was terrific! She met us outside the house when we arrived and showed us the grounds. She had stocked the fridge with goodies and offered recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, etc. She checked in with us to see if we needed anything like more towels however, the place was well stocked. I would highly recommend her place if you are going to the Santa Barbara area. It is frankly perfect!!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

Our stay with Jen was amazing! A girlfriend and I decided to do an impromptu overnight staycation in Los Alamos and we couldn’t be happier with the Heritage House. My bestie is a photographer and loved how every square inch was insta-worthy and photoshoot ready. I think my favorite part of the house is the clawfoot tubs - I’m a sucker for a good bathtub and will plans stays around one. The house itself is adorable and has been remodeled with a ton of charm and character, the attention to detail stood out from the second we stepped in the door. Everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. It is walking distance to all the best local spots, we popped over to Bob’s for breakfast. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the stay and will definitely be back!

Rick’s house was spotlessly clean, attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, had any tool you could think of and gorgeous appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and private. This was our first visit to Santa Barbara and we were delighted to have such a lovely, home-y place to stay! Rick and Lynne provided lots of local information and were happy to make recommendations when we asked. Two adult couples stayed in the house, but we could tell that children would also be very happy in the house. Many, many thanks to Rick and Lynne for the use of their home and their help to make our visit a fabulous vacation!

Ricardo's house was outstanding and was incredibly well furnished and felt like home! The home was perfect for our family gathering and offered a respite from our travels from across the country. Ricardo is a wonderful host and we truly felt at home. This home is a treasure and we will come again!! much aloha.....
