Family-friendly vacation rentals in London

We had a fantastic stay at James' place. He met us at the apartment and proceeded to offer all sorts of helpful advice. The apartment was clean and secure and is on a great street in Stoke Newington - lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in London.

We had a fantastic stay at Dennis's home. The location was perfect — close to good resturants, bars and cafes, and a bus stop 2 mins walk to get to the metro and city — while still being peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in London.

This was a lovely flat in a very convenient location, with a decent amount of space for 4 people. Cleaning and communication were both very guest-forward; Mark was very helpful and responsive in coordinating an early check-in for us. Our only complaint would be it was more like 1.5 bathrooms than 2 bathrooms.

Great location for 02 and Central Greenwich. Sarah, the host, was great at keeping in contact and making sure we were ok. The property was on a perect location for us with the 02 being a short bus ride away. There's also a great little cafe just down the road which does a fab cooked breakfast, and plenty of convenient shops 5 minutes from the house. The house is spacious and perfect for the 8 of us. Everything we needed was there and the 2 bathrooms was plenty for the 8 of us.

I booked France's place for my family to stay over for a week to enjoy London and Sydenham (3 adults). I initially chose her place due to great reviews, good pictures and being close by to where I live - What a fantastic choice! The flat is at a convenient location from the Sydenham station as well as close to local restaurants and shops without being located on a busy road. The bedrooms are spacious and at the back of the house for privacy and peace, which is a huge plus with people waking up at different times a day etc. The overall space and layout is great and functional. The livingroom is absolutely beautiful with big windows, which was something my family enjoyed a lot. Would definitely book again!

Emily’s flat is really nice and cosy ; you feel at home as if you were welcomed by a friend. The house is full of details that make you feel that the house is usually used in every day life by a family. Emilie is also very welcoming . the house is 10 minutes away from King’s Cross / St Pancras by foot. There are quite a lot of stairs in the house, but it was not a problem.

Had an amazing stay with the family including our two doggies. Beautiful , warm space with a lot of delightful features like the garden , barbecue grill etc . The house is walking distance from the Chiswick High Road , Chiswick Park station , and a really nice park . We felt so much at home that we didn’t even feel like stepping out on some days :)) ! On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

Vanessa's place was very nice. It was well-organized, and super convenient for me given mix of business and leisure during my trip. There was enough space to do a bit of work, and it had all the ammenities (iincluding a bit of tea and coffee, shampoo/soap and even laundry detergent). She was also very communicative, and quick to clarify anything. Would recommend.

Excellent spot - easy to access - large & spacious. Close to anything and everything. Rideshares had no issues picking/dropping us off.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat in London! The location was absolutely perfect—central and within easy reach of all the major sights, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The flat itself was lovely: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Our host truly went above and beyond. She welcomed us with snacks and sparkling wine, which was such a treat after a long overnight flight. She also accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Her local recommendations and tips for things to do in London were incredibly helpful and made our visit even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was charming and full of character, with plenty of cozy pubs, well-stocked grocery stores, and friendly wine shops all just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again!

Marcus was great. He was very nice, informative, and communicative. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Appliances worked, and some staple items were supplied. My sister and I were there two weeks, and Marcus arranged for the flat to be refreshed half way through, which was great. We were close to public transport. The only issue we had was with the road noise... fans in the rooms helped, as well as my ear plugs. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. Great location - close to public transport, shops, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very clean and spacious. Host and caretaker very quick to respond to questions etc. Thank you for a great place to stay for a wonderful family trip!

Lovely apartment in a area of London with restaurants & supermarkets nearby. The apartment is on the 23rd floor with stunning views available from the floor to ceiling windows. Rob was very proactive, helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend

Host responds quickly to messages. Even though they could not fulfill some of my requests, it was valuable that they offered alternatives. The house is in a decent area, easy to reach many places. Overall, I was satisfied.

It’s a beautiful, cozy apartment.. With beautiful surroundings very walkable and the metro station is just some minutes away. Which will take you anywhere else you want to be in a few minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Loved the place. Great with kids that love to play with Lego on the floor. Blackheath is a nice “village” with good restaurant and on the edge of Greenwich park. And the ride to London by train is easy, so the app is conveniently located from all to do’s in London.

Brilliant stay, thoroughly recommend it!

The living room/dining room/kitchen area was so perfect for out group of 4. It was spacious and bright and ideal for hanging out playing cards, eating together or planning our next adventure. With windows out to the patio, there was lots of light and a very pleasant vibe. The apartment in general is quite large and bright feeling. The ceilings are high and the bed rooms are all good-sized. It also nice and quiet despite its ultra urban location. Speaking of the location, you are just 3 minutes walk to the Tube and dozens of restaurants, pubs, shops, etc.

This was a great location for a week in London. A lovely flat close to transport and fun places to eat.

The apartment was in a perfect location close to Victoria station. Iris cafe across the road was great for breakfast. A lot of restaurants and shops close by. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. We would definitely recommend

The flat was perfect for our family of four. We walked to different eateries and shops. The tube was close by and central to all the different places in London we visited. Yolanda was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.
