Great location! Honest description all around. You can walk everywhere! Perfect for one person! Adele was amazing!

Roger was very proactive. He gave thorough and thoughtful instructions and recommendations. House was beautiful, lots of space in the living room and kitchen as well as outside on the patio, also had adequate parking, with a private parking spot in the back aswell as parking on the street in front of the house. The keypad door for self-check in was great and made us feel secure and comfortable. Overall a great, clean experience and great host!

What a great spot! Tracy was very helpful and so kind to welcome us with a snack boat filled with yummy treats. The place is spotless and includes everything needed for a wonderful vacation. It's close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The outside deck is a plus and a great spot for morning coffee. We appreciated the large walk-in closet next to the bedroom and bath. Thanks for a great stay!

This little studio on Balboa Island is absolutely incredible! The location is super convenient, with restaurants and shops just a stone’s throw away. I loved the cozy fireplace and the warm, inviting atmosphere of this Airbnb. It was a pleasure to have such quick and helpful responses when I had any questions. Thanks again for everything!
