Thanks for a great Florida stay! The home was clean and provided all the necessary amenities we wanted. It was great to come back and unwind in the pool at night. Some of the home amenities and fixtures are a little "dated", but everything was functional and clean. I'd recommend for others if in the area. Thanks again!

This was an awesome stay! We came to Cape Coral for our honeymoon and it definitely surpassed our expectations. It is in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk/drive away is a main road with lots of shops and restaurants! Any communication was quick and clear - any questions we had were answered asap! The pool/hot tub situation was a little tricky at first because they are run off of the same panel but Kati was ready to help when needed! Check in/check out was smooth. We missed the initial check in because we sis not hear anyone knocking but they had no issue stopping by the next day. We also left some of our belongings in the bathroom as we had already began our trek home. We realized soon after and let Kati know. We initially asked her to just toss it but she offered to ship it to us! If you choose to stay here - the company has other options as well and told us to come back any time, to let them know and they can look for any specifics we need or want! :) 10/10 stay!

I was there for a baseball tournament with some friends. The house was very nice, especially the bedrooms and the outdoor area. Was a great location next to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I took advantage of the kayaks, if you headed left looking from the back of the house, after about 5 houses it opened up into a huge lake! Was super cool! Pool and hot tub were very nice and pristine. Connie was very friendly and answered any questions I had in a timely manor. I would definitely stay again!

This home had everything we wanted for our short get away. Location is near everything. Perfect place and we look forward to staying here again!

We’re a family of 3 adults vacationing for 2 weeks. This house is situated in the perfect location for us. Close to many restaurants, shopping and conveniences but nestled in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. The backyard is private and has everything to catch rays, soak or swim and hangout. The house is cozy, open and comfortable. Very well stocked and well maintained overall. Some items could be fresher like area rugs but loads of towels, kitchen supplies and other necessities. Alex was quick with replies and very accommodating. We loved our stay and we are coming back!

Great location and holiday house for our family of 5 right near the beach. Plenty of room and comfortable. Pool was a hit for our kids! Would recommend to other travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at Gregg's ! The house was beautiful- just as described! The pool was awesome to come back to and cool off after a long day in the heat! Can't say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we visit this area in the future!!

Felt very comfortable there. Loved sitting out back in screened in patio. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Having a washer and dryer at the resident was so convenient.

Hi. I wish we were able to enjoy the house more. We came for a baseball tournament and literally just used the house for sleeping. House is ideal with two large families. Pool was clean and heated to 85. I would book again.

We loved our stay! The pool is great and the canal was so peaceful. All the neighbors were also really nice. It’s not a far drive to Ft Meyers Beach or other beaches in the area. Cape Coral itself also has everything you need. I do recommend buying groceries at Walmart as opposed to Publix. The Publix prices were inflated. Elizabeth was super responsive any time I needed her for any questions. I highly recommend this place!

Fast, friendly, great price! fully stocked laundry and bathroom which is very nice!

We stayed at Dan’s early March with 7 adults and 4 children. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The house has everything you need and more. Beds are very comfortable and the living area is very large so even with 11 people we all had space. Kids loved the big warm pool and we rented a boat and used the boat lift. Would highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

We were pleasantly surprised to find our Airbnb to be the best of the best and spotless with a heated pool and anything anyone would want for a comfortable home. Much to do in the area even a manatee park nearby. Kevin has done an outstanding job with his Airbnb. It is definitely a happy place. It was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in.
