We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

Sandra was an incredible host who went above and beyond. She was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating of my parents’ pet allergies, ensuring the space was spotless and allergen-free. The home itself was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen, in particular, was wonderfully organized, which made spending time there such a pleasure. It truly felt like a home away from home. Sandra’s communication was exceptional—she was quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us as we had some special requests. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an stress-free and welcoming stay in the beautiful town of Ave Maria.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's close to everything on Pine Island, and the area is very walkable. Sharon is very proactive, and gives lots of practical information in the check in instructions. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of my favorites in a long time.

Stayed here and felt it was a great get for its location to the beach, restaurants, etc.

I hurt my leg just before the trip. The balcony saved my sanity while I spent days resting my leg. I really liked the place.

We enjoyed our time in the apartment. After the recent cold spell in Florida, the pool, which is not heated, was a bit chilly, but that didn't stop us from getting in when the temps got up to 80. Lourdes helped us with great local recommendations for walking trails and restaurants. Check out was a total breeze! Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this Sanibel condo! Amazing ocean views and easy access to the pool/beach. We loved having 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with kitchen & laundry. Our son enjoyed meeting up with friends at the Marriott across the parking lot. We also loved visiting the restaurants & beaches in Sanibel & Captiva across the Causeway. A lovely getaway with enough space for all to work & play!

couple minor hiccups to start the stay, but Chris was incredibly responsive and took care of the hiccups right away. definitely recommend this host.

The place was beautiful. It had a nice pool. Very close to the beach. Great location.

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

This was a great experience. Everything was as advertised. Valerie was helpful, communicated proactively and immediately when needed. It had everything I needed. Just steps to the beach. Sunsets were wonderful. I would highly recommend for a single or couple. I'd love to come back.

Martina’s place was in clean condition and as listed. We stayed for 3 nights and did not see another person at the AirBnb the entire time, even in the pool area. Even though this had multiple units, the Starfish unit was on the back, so quite private. Do not plan on doing any serious cooking on the double burner. Only very basic necessities were supplied, as stated. As others stated, beach supplies are in the laundry room. Overall a good stay!
