Nice, quiet street that’s close to the beach.

We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

Clean and cute apartment! We loved the porch and outdoor table, and the massive windows were perfect. The bed/pillows weren’t the comfiest, and there were no spare blankets or linens. But the bikes and beach gear were a great touch. The toilet wasn’t functional when we arrived, but Steve promptly sent someone over to fix it. We were told to check in an hour later than the listing says, but we only requested to book 2 days before we arrived, so reasonable for a fairly last minute booking. The place felt super safe and had easy parking. Overall, it was a pleasant and conveniently located stay.

Comfortable stay..walking distance from the beach. Great communication with the host. Home was cozy and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

Our hosts took care of us, the place itself is really nice. Thoughtful decoration really shows that the hosts care. Love how the private courtyard has so many plants and feels like a part of every room in the house with the huge sliding glass doors. My only complaints are that the WiFi password never worked, I didn’t make a huge deal about it while we were there but cell service with T-Mobile wasn’t great so it would have been nice to have. And several of the electrical outlets were missing face plates exposing the terminals on the side of the receptacles which is a safety hazard for toddlers like my son. Not a huge deal just had to keep an extra eye out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's close to everything on Pine Island, and the area is very walkable. Sharon is very proactive, and gives lots of practical information in the check in instructions. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of my favorites in a long time.

This accomodations was very clean. We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks. We cooked many of our evening meals in the unit and found it adequately stocked with cooking utensils and tablewear for my wife and I. We had some difficulty with the cable system early on and April responded quickly. Her property manager visited and was able to remedy the problem. We did have some challenges with the Heating/Cooling system, but I suspect that was more of an operator issue. Both April and Carolina, her property manager, tutored us though. The unit is well located with fine restaurants nearby. It was in a quiet neighborhood, except for the relatively frequent emergency vehicle sirens. (The unit is located a couple blocks from a major fire house). We found the patio very comfortable and spent much time there. It was really a plus that there was a laundry facility on site. Not in the unit itself, but in another building on the property. We rate both the host and the property highly and would stay again.

Mario’s one bedroom apartment was perfect! very clean, and modern, also very comfortable. It had all the necessary amendments for an 8 night stay. The grill and private patio was a great plus. Mario, as a host was fantastic. Communicated very well and was very helpful. Next time. I’m in the area. This is where I’ll be five stars. Thank you!

Nick was an amazing host. He is very communicative and understanding and extremely welcoming. He does a good job at making you feel right at home and ensures that you’re comfortable throughout your stay. Everything in the unit was as listed/pictured and very clean with all the amenities you would need. Nick was always extremely friendly and very understanding and empathetic about pets. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a short or long term stay.

Just gotta include the only downer is the rehab noise & dust (outside only) otherwise we were very impressed & comfortable, much better than any hotel. Sarah really takes good care of the place and provides everything including thoughtful little things like extra batteries or wine bottle opener, gallon of water in fridge, spices, scissors etc. Clean comfortable beds, clean modern tile baths. The apartment is open and roomy with 10 ft ceilings & lots of TV options like Netflix etc. Best part is the Publix grocery next door and across the parking lot is a cool, bay front bar with casual food and there is fine dining above, where we dined all 7 nights straight. Beautiful large beach just across street. It's the kind of place you know is cared for and you want to leave it better than you found it for the next beach bums. Thank you Sarah!

Nice Cozy spot. New Interior, very clean, has everything you hood. Leah was great through the entire process.

I loved this place all the beds where super comfy along with the couch. I have to say my favorite part was the fronfrscreened it porch, they made it so cute. it was a perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. Oh and I loved the Robes they provided!

Great place to stay

We truly enjoyed this private and very quiet stay. The well lit entrance was a nice surprise when we came back after dark. The space was well stocked with everything we needed and also had a few extras which may come in handy. We would stay again if our travels brought us back to this area.

The condo was decorated beautifully, it was clean and in a great location. The complex was quiet and people we met were all friendly, felt very safe. It was private, and close to Sanibel, also stores and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the screened in balcony. I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

Wonderful stay at Burnt Store Marina condo! Loved the marina view! Comfortable furniture and bed. Well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

couple minor hiccups to start the stay, but Chris was incredibly responsive and took care of the hiccups right away. definitely recommend this host.
