Apartment vacation rentals in Lee County

We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's close to everything on Pine Island, and the area is very walkable. Sharon is very proactive, and gives lots of practical information in the check in instructions. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of my favorites in a long time.

A great space Located in a peaceful street. Lots of parking space - we had one jeep and two Harleys. Plenty of room for four adults. Great bathrooms, good kitchen area and comfy beds. We walked round to Skillets for breakfast - 9 minute walk. Perfect. Great place to stay to explore the beaches and local area.

Really loved staying at the cottage. There’s construction right in front of the house but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Everything is brand new and we had all of our needs met. We will definitely stay here next time! Thank you for sharing with us!

One of our best Air BnB experiences ever! Deborah’s place was perfect for us - super roomy and super clean. She has thought of every convenience anyone would possibly need and then some! The personal touches were also lovely. Our favorite was the ping pong table!! The location is super and there are even burrowing owls a couple doors down. We loved the back yard with the patio and hammock. She is very communicative and we had a wonderful time…Thanks for everything!!

Truly was a perfect gem!! Perfect location for our yearly beach trip. Filled with lots of beach amenities-which is helpful when you are just stepping off a plane with a carryon! Deb and Brad were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would gladly come back for every stay we have in Bonita Springs!

Sylvia’s house was on a quiet street. The best part for me was the deck on the back overlooking a canal and the mangroves on the other side- full of wildlife- jumping fish, an osprey, large lizards sunning themselves, lots of birds of all kinds including the daily troop of white Ibis inspecting the grass. Very private feeling and quiet. Ft Myers beach is undergoing lots of post— Ian construction but it didn’t impact us directly. Beautifully furnished with a comfy arm chair, handsome sleigh bed, and two capacious dressers. There is a table and chairs and a lounger on the deck. Great food truck a block down the main drag - Mom’s. Great for homemade breakfast egg and sausage biscuits

Amazing place with amazing host

Very tidy and great place to stay! It was equipped with everything you need! Craig is a great host and there when you need him, very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a great time!

This was a wonderful “home away from home” for my weekend hockey tournament in Estero. It was only 25 minutes from the ice rink and we passed Fenway South when driving back and forth. Lots of food options nearby. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to booking again if we travel down this way in the future.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Palmer’s place matched the description and photos. The location and amenities are absolutely great and we had an incredibly relaxing vacation. The sunsets from the lanai porch each night was an added bonus. We look forward to coming back next year and would rent from Palmer anytime.

Impeccably clean. Extremely spacious. Tastefully decorated. Large and peaceful enclosed balcony. Two pools within minutes walking from doorstep. Easy parking. Large grocery store in under five minutes on foot. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great - very spacious and exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean and modern. The pool in the complex was lovely. Took a few times to navigate the shape of the buildings and find my way around. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Valerie and Blair’s for our quick getaway weekend to FMB. The space and property was well located across the street from the beach, in perfect condition, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. The heated pool area is amazing! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to FMB!

Carlos did an amazing job with our stay and was a huge help with recommending places! The air bnb is gorgeous as well! Such an amazing view too and is walking distance to allll different kinds of bars and beautiful restaurants and there is so much to do in town! I am so coming back again!!
