Monthly Rentals in Las Vegas Strip

Keller and Chantel are wonderful hosts. The apartment is near The Strip (10 minutes walk) and a beautiful palm-treed street with sidewalks behind the complex. There is a parking place in the garage and an elevator from the garage. The condo development has swimming pools and secure gates. The place feels like a resort in the center of Las Vegas. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it.

5 Star Stay! We are a retired couple and stayed at Brandon’s condo for a month. It was perfect for us. Location is ideal, so close to Strip but away from the busyness…car traffic will be busy if there is an event at the Sphere at night but we were tucked inside and traffic did not bother us. We walked to Bellagio a few times in the evening to watch the fountains. Walked to the LINQ Promenade easily. Sphere is a short walk. Much to do within walking distance. Found the Tuscany Casino nearby to be a nice place to go. The complex itself is well kept, several times we saw a crew picking up trash on the grounds, cleaning grills and pool areas. The pool right by the condo is not heated but nice to have hot tub so nearby. The clubhouse pool is heated and also has a hot tub. Security gates and guards ensures feeling of safety. Easy in and out with gate clicker. The condo is well stocked and clean with everything you need for an extended stay. 1/3 of bedroom closet for your use, perfect stay!

This unit is incredibly Peaceful & Relaxing! Lots of light & the building amenities are Fabulous! I will definitely stay Again in the Future!! Host is VERY Responsive with Needs A+++

This spot is great for exploring the strip by foot and is a very safe area. We were able to walk to most of the places easily and it made a big difference on our stay. The apartment complex itself is very well set up for security, pools, and fitness center. The internet was overall great for two people to work from home with minimal internet issues. We encountered cleanliness issue (mainly related to the previous guest's laundry left in the apartment unwashed) which the host clarified was due to their regular cleaning person not being there before our turn. The hosts were responsive and respectful throughout our stay.
