A very quiet, clean and spacious place, very comfortable. I would like to return to this place for the next time.

Great stay at B's place! Super clean, everything was where you'd expect it and a quick uber ride to the strip! Highly recommended for people looking to stay off strip and save some $$- great stay!

Had an amazing time at this location. I want to spend my birthday in a gorgeous house with gorgeous amenities. Ultimately had a wonderful time a bit far from the strip but very nice and quiet neighborhood. But gorgeous house an absolutely love the kitchen and living room.

We are also Superhosts too and we try to “think of everything” and this place is the same. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with a decent proximity to the strip and major highways. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Stay was very comfortable for my large family of 13.

We loved our stay at Kathy’s! 12 mins to the strip, 15 mins to the airport, tons of things to do, see, and eat in the area. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was clean and well furnished. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend!

Rosi’s place was perfect! We used it just to sleep for the night and was a very cozy place! Would definitely would recommend and also plan on booking again!

We enjoyed staying at Tom's Airbnb. The neighborhood was private, quiet, and in a great location. Tom was helpful, provided clear instructions, and very proactive with his communication. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Mayra's place was perfect for the two of us. Very quiet stay close to the strip. We enjoyed the pool areas to get some sun and there was plenty of parking.

Solo, personal trip. Restaurants and points-of-interest were conveniently located. Walgreens right across the street. Secured entrance was very reassuring as well. It was too cold to use the pool and I didn’t stay long enough to use all amenities. Space clean and well-appointed. I would have preferred the ability to turn the thermostat/fan off for a more restful sleep. Other than that, exactly what I needed for my short stay. Thank you!

A good place to live for the CES . Many supermarkets around and only 15 mins driving to the LVCC.

I stayed 10 nights. The apt is spacious with new fridge, stove and microwave. The living room is very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the shower is simply huge with plenty of hot water. Some good places to eat across the street at the Rio and nearby on Flamingo Rd. About a 25 minute walk to the Strip. Just walk on the side with the Rio. Or buy a 24 hr bus pass for $5 and go anywhere in town. You can buy a pass as you board the 202 Flamingo bus. I did have a repair issue one day and Bianca was very quick to communicate and promptly drove over to help resolve the problem. And with the full kitchen I stocked up on basic items so I did not have to go out for every meal. A great location and very quiet complex. Highly recommend.

Great experience! The place was clean and everything was in great working order. I did a bunch of cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked for that. Fast internet and a secure, convenient location. Nicholas was very helpful and nice to deal with.

The condo was just like it was advertised. Nice and very comfortable beds and within 1 mile of walking distance to strip. Quiet neighborhood in a gated community with pool and jacuzzi. We loved this place.

This was a great location to get around in Las Vegas. Close to the strip and the free shuttle to strip was a plus
