Really nice apartment, with friendly staff in the building and only 10x minutes walk to Las Canteras beach. Lots of good restaurants close by, and any question asked to host were responded to quickly. Hopefully I will stay again in the future 👍

I had a wonderful two-week stay in Néstor’s apartment. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out, and Néstor was friendly and responded quickly to any queries I had. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed for my stay. It is bigger than it looks and well laid out. WiFi was reliable and good for remote working. I loved seeing the promenade and sea from the balcony, and couldn’t have asked for a better location! It’s in a bustling area, close to plenty of lovely restaurants and shops. I was there in summer and it can be noisy until quite late but I slept well. It is a great place to stay, excellent value, and I would happily stay again!

Everything went great at this place. The location is excellent and the surroundings are peaceful, even though the area was lively. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need, so it was also effortless for a long-term stay. The host carefully instructed all the practicalities, was friendly and easy to reach. we'll give you a full score, and we'll be back.

Great location just one block from Las Canteras beach. A short walk to Santa Catalina Park, where is located as well as the yellow Guaguas and Blue Global buses terminal. Grocery store downstairs of the house. Comfortable balcony to the north (not too hot). The bathroom is good with an excellent washing machine. The separate kitchen is quite small, suitable for simple cooking. There was occasional noise from the street, but it waned when you closed the balcony door. Good value. We had a great time!
