I have come to the island many times with my spouse, and this is our favorite stay. The apartment was perfect (we are two adults and a toddler) and Ivan was extremely responsive and immediately provided solutions when we needed them. From a location point of view, the beach is a 5-minute drive away and the shops too. The residence is very quiet. We recommend it 100%!

This place deserved 5⭐️ plus for us. The welcome by Marian and the owner Maria Jesus was super warm and uncomplicated. The apartment is very quiet, spacious, has a huge terrace and of course a beautiful view. The place was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for 15 days. We really felt at home from the first moment and not just because Marian welcomed us with the words "Mi casa, es tu casa". We booked for 2 adults and our 4 year old son. We can definitely recommend the apartment for families. We had a rental car and could easily park directly across the street in front of Maria Jesus' garage. No matter what we needed, Marian was available 24/7 for us. Even when we noticed the forgotten jackets in the bedroom at the airport, all we needed was a phone call to Marian and she brought us. In one word: Perfect! One of the best AirBnB experiences we've ever had. Perfectly clean, fragrant linens/towels, superbly equipped, lots of helpful details and lovingly selected products as attention. It is absolutely quiet in the house, it is quite secluded, accessible via a easily accessible slope. The highlight is clearly the heated pool. Thanks to the fence, it is private and also protected from the wind. Wonderful! We really enjoyed it - also thanks to Maria, who is a Superhost in the truest sense of the word.

We enjoyed the house, the pool, the bbq and the beautiful view. The location of the house is ideal to explore the island with both the north and the south only 30 minutes drive away. The "insider tips" (among others Playa Quemada and the nearby Teleclub) made it complete. Hope to come again for kitesurfing at Famara.

If you're looking for a very clean, no bugs in a quiet neighborhood, don't even think about it. The cleanliness of the big C. Nothing was sticky, everything was sparkling and smelling. There was not a single bug either day or night. I only met a wonderful little lizard outside once. The house had everything we needed! From cleaning supplies to spices. Location right next to the store. A short and pleasant walk to the harbor, restaurants, and pools. Cafe a few steps from the house. Pool area empty, you can sunbathe alone. The pool is beautiful, but unfortunately the water is not heated, which gives you not very hot water in January. But it's not a big deal, because there are a lot of interesting things to see. The house was warm and a blanket for the night was quite enough. If we are on GC again, we will definitely choose this home because it provided comfort and space. I recommend with a clear conscience

Very nice villa, with great view in a peaceful and nice area. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and the villa had the equipment we needed. Nice place to be able to lie out by the pool during the day and you could enjoy the sunset from the balcony on the top floor in the evening. Liliana was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Could definitely borrow this villa multiple times.

Larger than most neighbouring properties, it was comfortable and clean. The location was very convenient for us and the views were of the mountainside rather than just other houses. A good value stay.
