We booked this place very spontaneously. Linda sent us all the necessary information via Messenger immediately after booking. No questions remained unanswered and Linda was always easily accessible. Parking is often available a few meters away on the street. If this is not the case, there is a parking area about 5-10 minutes' walk away. The place was clean and is large enough for 2 people. The highlight, however, was the magnificent view of the sea and the beach. We would book the place again.

I recommend this clean modern apartment. We spent fabulous five nights there and would return. Very well equipped and designed, it was spotless, peaceful and private. Location is great; just a short 12 minute walk that brings you directly onto the main beach, and just 5 minutes from Yumbo. Checking in and out was very easy, as was our communication with host, who was always clear and very helpful.

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!

Nice little townhouse with a big front porch with a very nice view over the PR valley. Wifi worked great our whole stay. We were in duplex 52 (not 69 as the listing says). Big TV, well equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. The beds are hard (as they often are on Gran Canaria). It's maybe 1 km walk from the bus station and you need to climb a lot of stairs, so a taxi is recommended when you arrive. The pool is unheated so pretty chilly in December. You can find a big Mercadona down the street and there is a bag with wheels in the house for grocery shopping. Overall good value for 100€ / night.
