Monthly Rentals in Las Colinas, Irving

From the minute we arrived, Nicole was a dream to communicate with. Always helpful and so kind. Check-in was easy with loads of pictures to help us navigate on where to park and how to get into the property. Her apartment was so clean and comfortable. We stayed for over 3 weeks so we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for every type of cooking. The pool and workout facility were amazing but we loved the stunning views of Lake Carolyn from the living area and bedroom. The beautiful walking areas around the lake, areas to sit and picnic or even get some food/drinks, was just the best. We'll be returning to the area again in the future and definitely hope to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at AVE. Check in was super easy even after hours. The unit was extremely clean. The living room was bigger than pictured. The porch had chairs and a small table which was an added bonus to our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The location was perfect for us to travel to Dallas, Arlington, and Fort Worth.

I had a fantastic stay at Brett's condo! Everything was exactly as described, and the space was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Brett was a great host, providing excellent recommendations for local spots, which added to the experience. The neighborhood was quiet, making it the perfect place to work from home in the day, and relax/explore in the evening. Very walkable neighborhood! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful getaway!
