Fantastic location and communication! it was great being right by the stadium!

Host was extremely responsive to my last minute booking, the house was clean and everything we needed was there. Unfortunately we got in late and didn’t get to try the pool but we will absolutely be returning for another stay!

My husband and I loved Taylor's AirBnB. The astroturf in the backyard made pet clean-up a breeze, if you are bringing pets. Taylor was responsive and helpful. The furnishings were almost too nice we found ourselves covering them with blankets and sheets to keep them in pristine condition with our animals. Great place for couples, adults, or solo travelers. The neighborhood is quaint and the calls of the Peacocks are super fun. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Layne is a great hostess. She responded in a timely manner. She placed important framed informations and instructions at strategic locations in the home. Home has a bigger foot print (square footage) than photos can adequately show. Comfortable and very clean. Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants.

This house was renovated really well. It was comfortable and very cute. I would definitely recommend it if the location works.

Lisa and Tony are great hosts! The house was really nice and allowed me to host my family for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. My mother did not want to leave the master suite! The neighborhood was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. Instructions were easy to follow and they answered my questions quickly!

Hayden’s place is great. The house is very tastefully decorated and the furniture is good quality. House was very clean when we checked in and we had everything we needed. We loved the large fenced-in back yard and patio for our dog and toddler to play in. The neighborhood is quiet but close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Hayden contacted us proactively to see if there was anything we needed and was super responsive with helping to replace the batteries on the front lock when it ran low. We would absolutely recommend his place.

This is my go to place to stay in Dallas. I think this may have been my 4th stay. As always, the place was amazing with the most comfortable beds. Plus, love the private gated parking. The area in incredible safe and a one block walk to Gloria's Mexican restaurant. Will be booking again in October.

Nice quiet neighborhood. House was spacious and cozy. Easily allowed 5 of us to sleep. Not sure it would sleep 10 without some sort of inflatable beds. Teens and adults loved the ping pong table in the enclosed sunroom. Plenty of kitchenware and appliances.

Really enjoyed Sophia’s place we had 13 guests celebrating my birthday. The heated pool was awesome but it does cost extra and it does take awhile to heat up but we all comfortably swam all day it was 70 and sunny in the middle of December. You also have to text her to get the hot tub and lights turned on and off. Some minor things came up and Sophia was very fast to reply and help us with everything we needed. The couch was awesome, 3 people slept comfortably on it. Thankfully we brought an air mattress cause there was only 6 beds for 13 people but overall had a great time and would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Timothy’s home is a perfect place for a family to spend their vacation. It’s clean, furnished well, easy to find, and located in a nice neighborhood. You’ll be happy you stayed there.

Tiffaney was so wonderful and easy to work with and the house was perfect for our trip. So close to everything that you could possibly need. Also the beds and pillows we really comfortable which made the nights feel like home.

I have stayed with Troy now on two separate occasions. The decor in this place is absolutely gorgeous, and stacked with beautiful foliage/plants both inside and out. Troy was very accommodating and responsive when I made my second request for booking but also very respectful of my privacy once I arrived on location. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future and look forward to it!Would definitely recommend.

Tim is a wonderful host. This is our third stay, second property and this home was better than the first. We needed something with space so no one was stacked on top of each other, and this was perfect. He is unresponsive and helpful, and we will be staying again in the future!

This could not have been a better experience for our group event. Extremely roomy and very well appointed home, coupled with the most friendly owner I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this property!

Very nice area quiet would def stay again

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

We had an extended stay (over 3 months) due to home renovation’s. David made our stay so easy. He was extremely helpful and made everything easy for us. His home feels like home. The kitchen is big and easy to use (love the gas oven and stove), the master bathroom is huge and comfy (especially for 2 adults living there for such a long time) and having an open living/dining area was wonderful. This is a terrific space for a long term stay. The home has great amenities…cozy beds, lots of towels, lots of cleaning items, great washer/dryer, etc. Well equipped. And David makes life EASY!!! He is a marvelous host.

Comfortable with charm and had everything needed for the stay . Comfortable bed and had both blinds and drapes for sleeping in. Really enjoyed staying there.

The house was great! Very beautiful modern home. Lots of space in every room. Plenty of sleeping options, big kitchen table and big couch for the whole family. Well stocked with supplies, towels and kitchen utensils. Loved that it was dog friendly with a huge dog bed and doggie door. Large backyard and maintenances well. The only downside I would say is we did not get to enjoy the “heated” pool which was why I chose to rent this house on Christmas Day. Kids were disappointed. We thought since it was cooler outside the pool would have been preheated before our stay only to learn it takes 12 hrs to heat, which we only stayed one day so that wasn’t enough time to heat it. Other than that our stay was great! We enjoyed a nice holiday staycation together and would definitely stay again.

Traveling to the area with my dog for the holidays this house was exactly what I needed. Elbert responded timely to any of my questions with clear directions. After being involved in a car crash in the area, he was considerate and understanding of my situation. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Little musty smell at first smelled like it had been clean. Really thoroughly went away after a day or 2.
