Vacation rentals with lake access in Las Colinas, Irving

We had a great 7-night stay at Lois and Bill’s home while in town for a conference. The location was ideal—less than a 10-minute drive to the Gaylord Convention Center and close to downtown Grapevine. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with a generous coffee/tea setup, thoughtful snacks and even some milk and orange juice waiting for us on arrival. The spacious, private backyard was a relaxing bonus, and we really appreciated the use of the garage and laundry. Hot water was never an issue, even with four adults getting ready in the mornings. Lois and Bill were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts—they even helped return a blouse we left behind after checkout. We’d absolutely recommend their place and would stay here again without hesitation!

The stay was great! Great place for the whole family, adults and teens had fun kayaking! Lots of great sandy areas for kids to play in. Someone is always there for any questions you may have, Kim was great and super helpful!

Great house for our 2 families of 11 people. Comfy beds and the abundance of smart TV’s were helpful to entertain all ages. We had a great time playing wiffle ball baseball in the spacious backyard but beware of the mosquitoes in the late afternoon (I guess that’s expected near at a lakefront property). Tim was always very responsive and flexible to allow early check in when the house was available. Great host.

This was a great home for my family’s long weekend in Dallas. Our children loved the dock and quiet neighborhood to play in. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The porch was our favorite place to hang and we had easy drives to all our favorite activities in the area.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

Uma and Balu’s home was perfect. There was plenty of space for our group and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought kayaks, in addition to one Uma and Balu let us use, and kayaked the lake each morning. We will definitely be back!!

Everything about our stay was great. Like when you find a great pair of shoes- it all worked like it was supposed to so we could thoroughly enjoy time together- and you will at this house! Plenty of places to gather!! Well done Celina and thank you for my special request!!

We had a great stay here over a holiday weekend and it was perfectly situated for our needs. The location is extremely quiet and safe with wonderful areas to walk through this beautiful neighborhood. Virginia was extremely responsive and helpful, the interior was exactly as portrayed. Everything was clean and well equipped and the bed was especially comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
