Monthly Rentals in Lake Sumter

This home was located close enough to travel by golf cart to a few of the town squares. The neighborhood was quiet -a great place to walk my dog. Brian was a great host, attentive to all our needs. It was nice having the golf cart and a grill on the patio. We didn’t need a thing!

The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location was very convenient to shopping and getting around. We were already familiar with this area so the location was perfect for us and the neighborhood was peaceful. We would recommend this home and plan to rent it again when visiting Floirda!

Exceptional home and host! We had a wonderful time at Stephanie's home. The pictures listed are exactly as the house is. My family was comfortable and the home is very spacious. The outdoor space is beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Stephanie has everything needed in the kitchen. The furniture is lovely and all the linens you need. We would definitely return. We enjoyed this very much !

We are so lucky to have been guests at this property. Stephen & Amanda are very considerate and accommodating hosts. The home is spotless clean, fabulous location, furnishings comfortable, especially the Master King size bed. The private backyard space is an oasis that provides tranquil serenity to reboot one's self. We spent each morning on cozy screened in patio siping coffee enjoying the palm trees and blue skies overhead. The golf cart (and bikes) an added plus. A great ride is; cross the Sumter Landing bridge and take first left to circle around Arnold Palmer course. Just beautiful for sunsets. The neighborhood is surprising quiet given proximity to town squares. We just had a memorable week staying at this Villa. Felt right at home, didn't want to leave.
