Apartment vacation rentals in Lake Monona

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth's place! She communicated with us proactively to make sure we had everything we needed. James rearranged the room for us when he found out that we were going to use the inflatable mattress. We were very comfortable. They welcomed us with cookies and there was a wide selection of teas, shampoo/ bodywash, medication and so on. We will definitely stay there again!

Tyler’s place is always great to stay. Great location -house is situated on the river near to downtown. It is comfortable and a lot of natural light. Tyler is a great host. We highly recommend his place.

Teresa and her husband were excellent landlords who offered us a lot of support during our stay. The surrounding area was quiet, and checking in was very convenient. If given the opportunity, I would gladly stay there again.

The convenience of location was unmatchable. We could walk to shops and restaurants as well as getting into the care and driving a few minutes to a walking path at the state park or going for live music to the local winery. Sarah was a great host. She gave us suggestions for restaurants as well as fun thing to do.

Love love love staying here. I have rented several times, close to everything I need with a beautiful golf course view.

Easy check in, perfect space for what we needed. Dog friendly was a huge bonus, but we have a small dog. Had everything we needed for two nights. Walking distance of great food, coffee, and amenities.

Very clear, beautiful location on the lake, background and restaurant was awesome. Jake was very friendly and just a nice guy!!!

I would definitely go back if ever given the chance. The town area was lovely to be in, and MJ’s Penthouse is the place to be, apparently local bartenders at the bars we were at knew immediately where we were staying. Restaurants in area had delicious food, it was only 20 minutes away from New Glarus brewery (our main reason to visit). In my opinion, safe to walk around at night. My friends felt right at home, furniture was beautiful, the whole place was clean and owners were responsive as needed. You won’t regret booking here.

Wonderful stay with comfortable beds, great communication, Tea/coffee for the morning, new everything, and really clean. We appreciated Ben's responsiveness and that he went above and beyond to accommodate us for our 3 night stay. It is right near the U of W - Whitewater but quiet in the apartment. There was only some noise at night upstairs one of the nights. However, a quick text to Ben and he worked with them to get it quiet again. SO appreciated this stay and Ben's hosting skills! THANK YOU!

Stayed on short notice for access to St Mary’s Hospital. Easy 1 mile walk to hospital. Nearby park for toddler. Quiet neighborhood. Debbie is kind, accommodating and responsive.

Very nice place to stay. Has a lot of fun games. the hot tub was good. Kitchenette has a hot plate, electric skillet, toaster oven and blender so you can cook simple foods

We had such an amazing stay! There was so much to do in Madison and our hosts were great. Would recommend a stay here to anyone considering!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melussa's chalet. The proximity to the Sugar River Trail allowed us to walk to restaurants, stores, coffee shops & bakeries. It's location is just a short drive from Monroe, Verona and Madison. The chalet was very clean & met all of our needs. The basket of snacks and coffee was a nice welcome. We look forward to our next stay at the chalet!

Valerie has a truly magical yard! It’s a great area to get away for a little R&R. The place comes stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We appreciated having a kitchen to cook our meals. The location is great if you like to hike or kayak. The river is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Valerie was the best host we have had to date! She goes the extra mile to make sure your taken care of.

Our second stay there. Great value, and location just west of Devils Lake State Park. With a 5 minute walk each morning up the hill to a wonderful orchard farm market/bakery for fresh made apple cider donuts and coffee.

Our place was spacious and clean. The furniture was very comfortable. We were able to have family gathering time in our place. There was a lot of local information. It was the best location to enjoy New Glarus downtown stores and restaurants. Diane was excellent to work with before and during our stay.

Barbe suite is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Beds, pillows and bedding were wonderful and we both slept great. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay here again.

Alex was incredibly flexible with our group’s varied check-ins and check-outs. Other members of my group met him and his partner and expressed that they were both very friendly and welcoming! It is an older building so the floors squeak a bit, but I have no complaints. We enjoyed Madison and this place was perfect for our stay. The sunroom overlooking the lake was unbelievable!
